I like this.
This is my current favorite pill dispenser (I say current because I’m a gadget freak, and I’m always looking for a newer better solution). If you just want to know about this machine go to the last 2 paragraphs. All of the following options allow you to plan for multiple doses per day. All except the Hero have 28 slots and you refill every other week if you’re doing one dose a day, once a week for two doses. The units include templates of greater or lesser use to remind you which dose is next, example Sunday am, Sunday pm vs just Sunday, Monday, etc. The hero and the Live Fine were best for alerting you to a missed dose. This startled several years ago with the Hero pill dispenser. The things I didn’t like about it were1) the cost $30-45/month which includes the machine, which you don’t own, you lease it as part of that monthly cost.2) the size 9″ x 9″ x 15″ tall.3 & 4) the noise and the speed of dispensing. I can’t quantify those because I returned it in 2023.It was also really bad for taking a vacation of more than one to two days. It had to dispense all of your medicines for day one and then all of your medicines for day two and so on. If it’s a 14-day trip it’s really annoying. The positives were ease of use. You fill little cups with your medicine and you put in as many as they would hold which some would be 28 days and some would be 128 days. Then when you wanted to dispense it you just told it hey I’m here and it dropped everything, one pill at a time, into a little cup. Very, very easy to use. If you have someone who’s a caregiver or who wants to be able to track whether you’ve taken your meds the software will allow you to designate someone to also be able to look at your account. In 2023 I returned it. I was quickly reminded why I want something more interactive than a pill case. From here on the problem of leaving town was solved because the machines all fit in my backpack. They took up way more room than a manual pill case but I liked the ease and not having to sync my meds with my dispenser when I got home. The first one I bought seemed ideal. It was the Live Fine Smart WiFi Automatic Pill Dispenser (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BQKQ164N?ref=ppx_pop_dt_b_asin_title&th=1). This worked well but for all the cool features it needed to be plugged into a charger regularly. That was a minor inconvenience, my big problem was that to open and close it required a metal “key”. I lost the key 3 times starting the second month I had it. I don’t claim to be a well organized person, if I was I probably wouldn’t need an automatic pill dispenser. They sell the keys separately so it wasn’t THAT big a problem. This was. To refill the tray you had to physically lock and unlock it. Good security if you’re worried about someone trying to take out extra pills but for me a hassle.I used to be employed to repair office machines. That’s significant because my other big problem was the feel of turning the key. It felt like I was turning a plastic tab into a plastic slot which to my mind would break eventually. It was very stiff turning the metal key in the plastic lock slot and I worried about stripping the lock and having to break it open. The cost was equal to 3 months of the Hero and except for my concerns about the locking device I loved it.That machine kept me happy for a year but the difficulty of opening and closing annoyed me enough to go shopping again. The next was the Fullicon Pill Dispenser (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09MFK4RHM?ref=ppx_pop_dt_b_asin_title&th=1) I liked this a lot because it had a wall hanger feature. Again, 28 reasonably large slots. It came with a pill cup but no place to store it. You all probably guessed already that I lost it pretty quickly. It wasn’t a deal breaker and I used it about 6 months. Other than the missing pill cup the problem was getting it off the wall for refills. There may be something I was doing wrong but it was firmly attached to the bracket and every time I took it down it made a loud cracking sound. Because it was installed with the included adhesive strip the force used remove the pill case from the bracket started to pull it off the wall (see picture 1!)And now we come to this dispenser the Zoksi Large Pill Organizer, Daily Pill Box. I like that it came with stickers to install your schedule instead of loose paper templates that had trouble staying in place (on those I got some letter stickers and stuck them in the pill tray so I could tell what day it said without my glasses, not a deal breaker but this is better). There is a wall mount but I’m using it sitting on a table. (See picture 2) I’ve had it a few months and I’m still happy with it. Whether it’s mounted on the wall or stand alone on a desk it has a little ledge for the included pill cup. I have to refill it again but that’s true for any except the Hero. It’s easy to open and close so the only inconvenience I have to deal with is getting my tray full of medications and vitamins and sifting them into the slots. That’s annoying but the unit cost approximately the same as one month of the Hero so I don’t mind too much.I know it’s sort of TLTR, but I wanted to explain myself as well as I could.

Easy one handed use
I purchased this for my elderly dad who has arthritis and trouble opening the small weekly pill organizers. This is very easy to set up and fill and extra handy that it holds 2 weeks worth of daily meds, or 1 week of twice a day meds. I added silicone grippers to the bottom to keep it from sliding on the countertop. The clear front cover twists off easy for refills. The button is easy to press and engage. Works perfectly! The only thing that would make it better is maybe having some weight added to the bottom stand to keep it sturdier without rubber grips. Also the little cup for the meds is easy to move and slides behind the rotator and can be hard to get out for those with arthritis. It would be nice to have more space between the med wheel and the bottom stand, like space for a small cup bigger than the one provided.

AWESOME IDEA!
This thing works great and is a great idea! I take day meds and evening meds. It has fourteen pill slots and I put an entire week’s worth of meds in and this way I don’t accidentally miss taking any. It’s super easy to load and it takes me about 10 minutes a week to sort out my meds. Keep out of reach of kids and pets, just to be safe!

Love love love this thing! Very useful.
Every now and then again, you run across something that you realize you cannot live without it. I absolutely love this thing and I use it every day. It is perfect for my pills and supplements. I have 2 of them and I also bought one for my wife. Incredible design, works flawlessly, is sufficiently heavy duty enough for the task. Very satisfying to use, like a slot machine that pays out every time. I am not hyping this, it is truly one of the best finds I have stumbled onto at Amazon.

Great option for medication management.
I have recently taken over administratoring my husband’s medication. I bought 2 of the White for Day and Gray for Night. I love how I can set it up for a 2 week period and after each use it advances to the next day. No more concern taking meds out of each bottle individually. I set the on the mantle away from my husband’s reach but close enough for me to not have to be chasing anything down.

Kein billiges Hartplastik.

This is an excellent pill dispenser. It is very well made, easy to assemble, fill and operate, and has three different stickers to suit once or twice daily (AM/PM) dispensing. It can also be wall mounted using supplied adhesive pad. Each compartment has a generous capacity (approx 10 pills, depending on size of course). The one click dispense into the pill tray is very easy and convenient and prevents direct handling of the pills. The tray is deep and I’m confident that all pills will drop securely into it. This dispenser will help me remember to take my medication and supplements daily. The clear indicators on the stickers would help caregivers as they could easily see if pills for that day have been dispensed. 5/5 Highly recommended.
