Favorite heating pad & warranty honored!
This heating pad is incredible! I think it’s my favorite I’ve ever had. And I’ve gone through many because I use one every day. The weighted aspect is so nice and soothing, the size is large, it’s so soft and the color is beautiful. It heats up nicely and the heat settings are different enough that I’m able to set them to my comfort level.I ordered this item in November of 2024. It stopped working in September of 2025. I was so bummed about it. I emailed their customer service to inquire about the warranty. The company responded promptly and gave me some things to do to try to troubleshoot but said if it’s still not working could I please send a simple video of plugging it in and turning it on. I did and they saw the problem. The customer service agent just asked for my mailing address to send me a replacement to fulfill their warranty. A couple days later I received my brand new replacement heating pad. Not having it those several days and then getting it again made me realize just how much I loved it and how much comfort it provides me for my pain. It’s especially incredible for my endometriosis pain and ulcerative colitis flare- ups. The extra weight really makes a difference on the abdomen and the larger size is perfect to cover the entire affected area. Thank you to Comfytemp and customer service agent, Sandy, for helping me resolve my issue. It’s unfortunate when products stop working prematurely but the quick and easy replacement was much appreciated. Even when it eventually stops working again and is out of warranty I’ll re-order if for no other reason than the wonderful customer service and it’s an all around great pain relief and comfort device.

Can’t sleep without it! I love a good heating pad and this is the perfect size! It also has alittle “weight” to it which mimics a “heated blanket” which I love! The material is soft! Different heating options and has an automatic shut off in case you fall asleep!

No frills, easy to use, this heating pad is a good value for its price range. The glass beads inside dissipate heat evenly and add comfy weight. A luxurious “synthetic fleece” plush covers the unit. An auto-off feature (2 hour timer) is important for safety & therapeutic reasons. Feels substantial and well made. I recommend this item.

Great for 2 years
I bought this heating pad in September 2023, and as of August 2025 it has already stopped working. It was comfortable, heated well, and the weighted design was nice, but I’m disappointed it only lasted about 2 years. Sadly, that’s still longer than many others I’ve owned, which says a lot about how things are made today. I still have my grandmother’s old heating pad that works perfectly decades later (though it looks worn out), which makes me wish this one had the same durability.

The Weighted Heating Pad is a Game Changer!
I’ve purchased a few of these heating pads over time, and they’ve become an absolute essential in our house. The first one I had lasted a good couple of years before it eventually started to burn out, but that’s after a lot of consistent use! I’ve since bought one for my sister and another for my wife because they’re just that good.I’ve personally used it quite a few times for aches and pains, and what I absolutely love about it is that it’s weighted. This is a total game-changer because it actually stays put on my body, whether I’m trying to sleep or just relaxing on the couch. It doesn’t get too hot, which is good, but I’ve found a little trick: if I turn it off and back on every 30 minutes or so, it seems to stay hotter longer. Honestly, for comfort and effective heat therapy, I highly recommend this weighted heating pad!
