The Bigger Size Works Best
My husband and I tried the smaller one even though it said adult size you could not get it on without another persons help. This one works for both of us when alone. I have a skinny arm so it’s super easy for me, he has a normal man size arm and he manages. It works well. Good choice in cuffs. And we bought a Littman stethoscope which works well with it. The bp machines were all over the place we find this set up more accurate.

This product is top notch. Well made.I am a RN of 30 years now retired. My husband is ill an requires monitoring of his vitals daily. I originally bought a Dixie EMS product I never got to use because the velcro was only tacked on in 4 corners. I unfolded it and the velcro Broke away from the cuff. A piece of junk! Better than others I had to return.
So much better than others I bought and returned. Turning the knob is smooth and easy. The device doesn’t lose pressure like the others. This is a quality device.Others I bought lost pressure unless you really tightened the knob, but then it took two hands to I tighten it…this made it too cumbersome to use.

I love it, its great for people with smaller hands. I always find it hard to pump different brands cause the are either too hard or to big for my hand. This cuff allows me to pump quicker and without straining my hand.
