Game Changer – Relief
Game Changer!!! I had spine surgery and have torn meniscus in my knees. These ice packs are very flexible and easily conform to any shape. I use them on my back, neck and knees daily. They give me much relief.

These work so well either hot or cold and super flexible. I use them often for cold compresses and love that they can conform to shape of whatever I put them on.

They keep cold!
I was worried that they would not keep cold enough for my upcoming surgery needs but they definitely keep cold for a long time. Definitely recommended for any surgery, bumps or boo-boos!
