I actually love these, which was somewhat unexpected given the price tag. I’m not an audiophile, but I can somewhat tell the difference between poor sounding earbuds and decent ones. Trust me, I’ve purchase a few pairs of the not-so-good earbuds and use them long enough until I can find a better pair. The sound on these is not going to knock your socks off, but for the price, and with the EQ tools in the app, they’ve got decent sound quality.The fit is actually better than most earbuds that I purchase. My left ear must have a weird shape because a lot of earbuds fall out of that ear pretty easy, especially when I get sweaty or when I’m chewing food. I haven’t tried intense exercise with these yet, but they did pass the food-chewing test. In other words, I don’t feel the left earbud slowly creeping out of my ear canal while I’m eating, which is what usually happens with other earbuds.The earbud sync up to my iPhone quickly, and the tap controls on the earbuds are very responsive. I like that you can tap the left earbud to activate/deactivate noise canceling. It comes in handy when someone is trying to talk to me through the noise canceling; however, the single tap does switch you to Tozo’s “Transparency Mode” instead of “Normal Mode”, which mean the earbuds will amplify any exterior sounds which can be grating in loud environments. Just a caution if you have super sensitive hearing already.I can’t speak much about how they work for phone calls. In a quiet environment, the person on the other end of the line has said they can hear me just fine. I’d be interested to see how they function in a noisy environment. My basic AirPods are still my go-to for phone conversations, just because I’ve never had the person on the other end of the line say they’re having a problem hearing me, that is if the AirPod will stay in my left ear, which it won’t whenever I’m walking around.The noise canceling is probably my favorite feature. I used the earbuds on a plane, and I felt they did an acceptable job of filtering out the plane noise and allowing me to enjoy my music and movies. They worked so well on a 14-hour car ride that sometimes the driver was trying to talk to me, and I had no idea he was speaking unless I was looking directly at him. The battery also lasted the entire car ride, though I confess I only had them on for about a quarter of the trip, and I put them back in the case a few times to recharge them, even though they weren’t even halfway close to dying on me. When we arrived out our location, the battery life in the case wasn’t even close to being expired.Finally, I can’t speak to the longevity, since I’ve only owned them for a few weeks. I hope they last me at least a few years, at which point, I’ll probably buy another pair, if the price is the same. If I get a couple years out of them, then they’re definitely worth it.So far, they are my favorite pair of earbuds, out of the four I own

Good, if not perfect, choice for TWS bluetooth headphones.
The first set of these I received had a rough spot on the left bud, but the bigger issue was that it disconnected A LOT. I installed the app and updated firmware. That didn’t help. Before just sending them back to Amazon, I reached out to Tozo. Points to them, they are very responsive and sent a replacement pretty quickly. The replacement unit initially had a disconnect right away, however after updating the firmware and using them, the 2nd set has been much more reliable. I’ve had only 1 other complete disconnect in the middle of a conversation. I have seen one earbud disconnect/get out of sync briefly a couple times, but it didn’t interrupt the call. I did have the left bud freak completely out while I was listening to a video and make LOUD NOISES. Putting it back in the case fixed it.Audio quality is good, including for calls, and the ANC is really impressive. The app offers lots of customization. These are a good value, the fit works fine for both me (40 something man) and my teenage daughter. Battery life has been great. For the pricepoint they have everything I need save 1 feature. Mute control from the buds themselves does not exist. Had I realized this I might not have ordered them. If that’s not an issue for you, these are a pretty good choice.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but these surprised me in the best way. The noise cancelling is no joke – it really cuts out background noise, even in busy cafés or on the go. You feel the difference as soon as it kicks in.Sound quality is great – clear, rich and balanced. Not overly bass-heavy, which I actually like. Calls are super clear too and the 6-mic setup means people can hear me, not the noise around me.They fit really securely, feel well-made, and the battery life is amazing – I haven’t had to recharge them all week. The case shows the battery percentage which is a nice touch and the waterproof rating gives peace of mind during workouts.Honestly, if you want proper ANC, long battery and a solid mic without spending a fortune – these are it. TOZO smashed it again.

I’ve bought myself so many cheap wired Bluetooth headsets over the years. I wouldn’t consider myself an audiophile, I just really enjoy music while travelling. Unfortunately, the wired cables over time would either break or become loose, rendering themselves useless.Anyways, I decided to do some extensive research into wireless earbuds. I eventually heard about the Tozo NC9’s. I never heard of the brand before so I decided to take a gamble and buy them. It’s safe to say I am extremely happy with my choice and purchase.Let’s start off with noise cancelling, since a lot of people get excited when they hear this term.With the NC9’s, it works surprisingly well. It’s not revolutionary, but for the price it’s awesome. Going outside on walks, I can hear background noise from birds and the nearby motorway with ANC off. However, with ANC turned on, pure silence. With music playing as well, you’re set for listening with minimal distractions. Every sound either gets muted or reduced. A separate mode called transparency mode uses a mic to enhance the sound around you and it works brilliantly. Extremely useful for conversations or announcements or checking for cars when crossing the road! Brilliant stuff and can’t fault it.Next, the sound. These are ruddy great. The soundstage and dynamics of instruments are super clear and well pronounced. In fact, I am currently enjoying listening to songs again, as I’ve noticed instrument’s I never heard before I got the NC9’s. The bass is also brilliant, not too strong and too weak, just right. However you can adjust as you wish using the phone’s equaliser. Overall, the sound is top notch, you can’t go wrong here.The fit is snug and very sturdy. I can do a workout and go running and I have no worries about these earbuds falling out. Plus they don’t stick out of my ears. However, everyone’s ears are shaped differently. To counteract this, Tozo have kindly provided 6 pairs of extra quality earbuds to try. I’d recommend trying each pair to see which fits you the best.I was initially worried about the touch functionality, as other brands I’ve tried can never seem to get this right. After testing, I can confidently say that the touch functions are easy to use and frustration-free. Not once have I accidentally pressed the wrong button or tapped too many times. Outstanding work here.Connectivity is easy to set up and stays strong. I’ve had no disconnections or interruptions at all in the two weeks of testing. They are fast to connect as well when you take them out of their charging case. They disconnect when out of range, which is about 10-15 metres as advertised. There are no latency or lag problems. No issues here whatsoever.Battery life seems to live up to the 8 hour mark as advertised. With ANC or transparency mode on, it is reduced to 6 hours. However, I’ve never had a problem with the minimum of 6 hours, especially when the charging case provides an extra 18 hour charge.The case itself is very nice. Small enough to fit in your pocket. The case is magnetised and it shows lights to determine how much charge is left in the case. Very handy to carry around with me when travelling.The NC9’s are often highly regarded as Tozo’s defining product, and I can see why. They are outstanding for the price, filled with extremely useful and convenient features. At the time of writing this, I am genuinely struggling to find any negatives about the NC9’s. The only one would be that a clearer battery level for both the earbuds and the charging case would be nice, but I digress.In short, feature-filled, great ANC and perfect sound!
