Excellent
I have bought several I’ll be over the last two years. I’ve been at the ER nurse for so so many years. And have worked a variety of settings. I don’t know what a respiratory therapist would say about it but seems to give pretty solid readings which is aided by the plethysmograph. Perfusion index reading even the respiratory rate with the right patient and spot on. Like all of them they it helps to have no fingernail polish and out also depends on their overall status and life excetera. But I will tell you I would recommend this over and over and over again I bought them for my kid and many of his friends who are in med school. And frankly you just can’t beat the price I mean I can’t believe these are only $25. This is a fair price for a fairly solid quality product and the case that comes with it who were the five bucks alone. The comments like this I hope the price doesn’t go up.

Works as expected. Very hi-resolution OLED display.
This seems to be working exactly as expected and the display is super high resolution OLED as they site stated. There are a billion of these units from China and many of them work the same way. Having said that, the only thing this unit is missing from some of its competition if the ability to rotate the display based on finger positioning. I knew this and didn’t really care much. Of course, I have no way to know how accurate this device is as a consumer. No consumer would. None of these devices from China are medically certified that I could see.

Nice small accurate medical device for measuring blood oxygen saturation.
I bought this so I can check my baseline oxygen saturation in this pandemic we are in, since I had momentary covid scare when I thought I was starting to exhibit symptoms with fatigue and shortness of breath. Took a covid test and turns out I was NOT positive for coronavirus. The price was right and it’s packaged with a small carabiner hook and carry case. The pulse rate was very accurate as it matched what my fitbit watch was measuring. I like the other metric where it shows your perfusion index (PI) which is your pulse strength…from this you can determine which finger is giving you the best pulse output level for reading O2% saturation. The OLED screen is easy to read! Was able to use my HSA account to pay for this tax free. Thanks again amazon!

Love it!
Love it!! All the nurses I work with are so jealous of it! Love the accuracy of it. Only problem is that the ribbon that holds it to the clip fell apart. Other than that, awesome!
