Great product
Very easy and intuitive to put together. Very sturdy. My dog took off in it immediately. She has strong front leg control but weakened back legs due to myelitis. She hasn’t walked in a year and this was a breeze for her. I even noticed that her hind legs are getting stronger because they instinctively move in the straps while she’ s using it. The only problem is that our floor is slippery for her and she doesn’t do well there. She does amazing on carpets and outside. We are looking for something for her to have traction in the house (no fault of the wheelchair). Great product. Can’t say enough good things about it

Gave my senior dog more time
We got this for my senior dog, her back legs don’t really work anymore and she is now more independent. She can come on walks with us again. Is this the top of the line wheelchair?…no. It is very basic, has a few sharper corners which I wish they would have rounded out. There are little plastic caps on some of the edges which have fallen off and are now lost, but for the price, it is a good place to start. She takes the corners pretty tight and tips over easily, so you just need to watch your dog in this.

For refund time
Product seems to be of good quality, though returning once due to wrong size, seller has taken over three weeks to refund previous order.Very unprofessional

constant falling apart
I ordered this for my dog as Her other wheelchair broke. Thought this one was the same. It is not. I have had nothing but problems with it. The sides keep coming out and stabbing my dog in the leg when we walk no matter how I might tighten the screws to it. I’ve had screws just fall off the back of the wheelchair while walking. I was given a replacement chair, but I kept trying to make this one work. Then got an email they recharged me for the second chair after I sent an email asking can I still return the first chair since I did everything to make it work. Don’t want to try the replacement since this one really is not good. The straps are different and don’t sit right on the dog. she is uncomfortable wearing it. I have had to duct tape and zip tie the chair so it stops falling apart. My dog now hates the chair as it has stabbed her many times while walking. I have had to carry her multiple times home after the chair broke. She is 25 lbs.

The assembly was a little difficult, but after adjusting it to my dogs size, this product which is worth every single penny, changed my dog’s life. Thank you so much! Also doesn’t have a heavy weight.

Quality is not good at all. Definitely would not recommend for anyone’s live animal. Works great for plush animals. If you want a make a disabled plus dog toy or something for a child.
