The gel pack is a little stiff after taking it out of the freezer, but it works well. You can use on other parts of the body and it stays cold for quite a while.

Well, it certainly does get cold. The reason for a three star rating is because once the gel pack freezes, it’s too big to be able to Velcro the sleeve shut. Another negative is the Velcro straps cannot be removed.

Good Ice Pack
Good ice pack. Velcro straps help secure the pack on my arm or knee. I use a light towel so not to get any burns. Keeps cold for awhile.

Amazing Cloth Covered Gel Pack with Velcro Straps
I have been using gel packs for years. They melt in 5 minutes and have to be covered with a towel. It is also hard to balance on the shoulder, arm or leg. This product checks all the boxes. The gel pack keeps solid for as long as you want or could tolerate it. I use it for about 30 minutes at a time. I had a tendon pull on my upper arm. I was easily able to secure it ( with the assistance of my Husband) with the velcro straps. This has endless uses for any part of the body. I highly recommend this item and I am glad that I purchased it!

Really good product. Size is as advertised. I was impressed with how long the cold stays. I need to find a smaller one for my ankle as i unfortunately cant wrap this one around my ankle. Any recommendations Body prox? 😅
