Awesome product! Fit well and gets cold fast. Sizing chart was accurate! I’m an avg. size male and needed one for my elbow.

GREAT Quality/it works!
I do like this sleeve for the ease of ‘icing’ and injury – super easy to use; convenient resealable wrapper to store in freezer. Cold lasts a long time – haven’t used for heat therapy as we don’t have a microwave. Well designed and construction. My only caution would be to really double check SIZE chart – i should have ordered a small/medium – but I really needed it for an injury right now! So im using the Large size and then needing to wrap a towel around to hold in place. I may just exchange for correct size because I know I will use this over and over! It can be used on several limbs/joints because it has ‘stretch’ – so this is a great feature. Again – Good Quality Construction is a real plus. And mostly; it actually does what its supposed to do – for a long while (heat/cold therapy) simplify treatment

Easie to put on and use
So, so much easier than trying to use ice packs. Starts off very cold but loses coldness after 12-15 minutes. Still very beneficial.

The item works great! The sleeve stays cold for a while and stays in place comfortably. Your hands can be free and dont have to be stuck holding ice. It fits well and the price is great!

Great ice pack for the arm that”s very easy to use
Works great to ice my elbow (or any other part of the arm). It is very flexible (like memory foam) in a stretchy material.

They are very nice. They last about 20 minutes. Very comfortable. Little expensive. I think they run a little small. Perfect thickness. Very easy to use. Your fingers get cooled putting them on.

Have a recent meniscus issue. The freeze sleeve works exactly as advertised. A lot easier to use than ice and knee wrap. Plus the compression aspect is a plus!
