This is a good item to have in your possession should you become unconscious, especially if you have any medical issues or a hospital preference when the ambulance arrives.I had a widowed uncle who fell unconscious after hitting his head on the floor following a trip and fall at the mall. He had his ID, but had no emergency contact information on his person. The police had to investigate for the next of kin, and rang an aunt’s doorbell at 3 AM. This could have gone better had he tagged himself with one of these pendants or even slid it into his wallet. There’s quite a bit of space on the back for complete proper identification. You can list your medications, medical conditions, contact persons, etc., even if you are a healthy individual like my late uncle was at the time. I learned a valuable lesson from that episode, which I’m passing on to you. It doesn’t cost alot to protect yourself, so just invest in this important identification item, which comes with a ball chain to wear around your neck, should you choose to do so. The enameled star emblem on the front side draws attention to the first responders.

Not the best quality
The chain has lost all of its silver plate. N the white paint is peeling off.So, probably not actually made for every day wear. Heavy, easy to read engraving.

Good quality, just what we were looking for, was a gift for my brother who has a medical issue, he’s a Veteran so the dog tag works great, and he will wear it

It is functional. Not beautiful.
It had the correct words engraved. I wish there had been room for more. Chain is rough and cheap looking, but everything is functional and gets the job done.
