It’s nice to have item.
Works very well. The physical therapist had some fancy ones that he put on me and I decided to buy my own. I have many other iHealth products so when I saw this one go on sale I bought it. I could not be happier. The pads have survived several sessions so far. Programs are interesting. I have not tried them all. But in my case it works as well as what they’re using at the physical therapist.

Great Tens machine for the price!
Life saver during early labor! Highly recommend! I wish there was a surge button, but once in the rhythm of early contractions I was able to get it set well. A few too many options of pulse types, but it does make it a more vertical product for other than labor. Highly recommend still!

First time using one of these. Satisfied with the product. Easy to use, and functions well. Was recommended by a friend for back pain. Doesn’t solve the back pain, but brings relief.

Excellent Muscle Recovery Tool
iHealth really put together an excellent tool to promote muscle recovery! I believe there are six modes that you can definitely feel working on your muscles. Plus, you can adjust the intensity too!

I live on a tens unit but this one didn’t seem to work right. It was a neat design, but offered no pain relief

Ok for the money
This is a basic Tens unit with 6 settings. I’m not sure why you need six but it’s ok. My biggest gripe would be the pads. They were ok for the first couple of times, but are by NO MEANS sticky past that. So the bottom line… the unit is ok, the pads you get with it are a bust.
