I bought a pair of these and a few other brands. Others all uncomfortable, some wouldn’t even go on, all returned except for this brand. I love it so much I ordered two more. For reference, I’m 5’4″, 145lb, and size 8/M pants. I got the size LPreviously, I had been in the process of a POTS diagnosis, but I moved and have gotten nowhere with my new doctors. It was recognized in my annual that my legs are swollen and I am developing varicose veins.I’m only 30 but have been struggling with this for a decade. I’m always tired etc. Wearing these under my pants had me feeling more awake and comfortable.They do fall down a bit at the thigh resulting in some odd bulging under the buttocks if you wear tight pants. The upper elastic is too tight and I’m prone to bloating with squeezing there so I cut through the elastic band right at my belly button and it’s survived the wash. See photo for how I cut it if you’d like to alter yours as well. I wash on cold and line dry theseEven though they are beneficial to wear, I’m often to lazy to put them on. Compression wear is hard. But on days I do wear them I’m always grateful.Overall, I’m very happy! I’m hoping the black ones will allow me to wear a dress for the first time in forever.

Works great, a little thin to wear on its own
Go these as recommended by the doctor. It does it’s job and is affordable. It is thinner than typical leggings and at the brink of needing to be worn under something. I wouldn’t want them thicker though for comfort and getting in and off.

Not the best support
Super thick not very good support. I really need true compression and I don’t believe these really are.

Thick Black Tights
These are wonderful especially for lipadema. They’re very thick and comfortable.
