Wireless Tens machines are the future!
So I have another tens machine but hate the cords. They catch on stuff and if you have to use it in public it looks weird. My hesitation has always been that I didn’t think the wireless ones would have enough power as I like them turned on pretty high. Boy was I wrong! This things packs a punch! They magnetically attach to each other for easy storage and come with some pads and pad storage. Easy to set up, great app, awesomeWell designed product. My only issue was it disconnected and stopped once but I just reopened the app and it immediately re-paired and started up again

Simply perfect
This muscle stimulator exceeded my expectations! The design is compact, modern and very easy to use with the application, which offers 18 different modes to adjust the intensity as needed. It provides immediate relief for muscle pain and tension, especially in areas such as back, neck and shoulders. The fact that it is rechargeable and wireless makes it very practical to use it anywhere. It is ideal for those who seek comfort, technology and effectiveness in a single product.

Do not buy – requires an app that is horrible!
I really love this product, but to use the unit you have to use their app and it SUCKS!!! I have had to download and delete it nearly every time I want to use the unit. The app is also extremely weird. The various modes for use are labeled things like “seaside” “on passage” and “office”. Not sure what any of that has to do with muscle stimulation. Also, the app requests access to your music and photos which I also find extremely strange. I’m tempted to return it so I can have a unit that works without an app. In my opinion, this one isn’t worth the money for the hassle of the app alone. Do not buy.

Strong zapper!!!!
To use this you must download an app. I found I needed to give it all the permissions it was asking or the app did not work. Once I figured out the app, the usage was pretty simple. There is a list of modes, which don’t make sense exactly so you just have to play around with them. I take it that each mode activates a different electric stimulation pattern. Within each mode, there are even more options as well as a scale of 1-10 on intensity. I could not tolerate anything past a level 3 intensity and I tried the pads on a few different areas of my body. Maybe I’m a wimp or maybe it is just that powerful. I like the design of these and the fact they are rechargeable and wireless. It’s always a pain to have to maneuver wires when using a tens unit and this is a great solution. The units have a nice little carrying case and the pads have a solid plastic surface to adhere to and be stored when not in use. This is easy to store and easy to travel with.

Useful for travel
I will start this review by saying that I do have a professional tens machine that I got from my physical therapist. When I saw this and how highly rated it was, I thought it would be great to have one that was portable. I also liked the different settings and hoped this one might feel more like a massage. It does feel like a traditional tens machine with electrical pulses. I am not sure why they named the different kinds of pulses after massage movements as they do not resemble them at all. That said, the app is very easy to download and use, it took five minutes to open package and get going. This is not nearly as strong as a professional machine. I can go all the way up to the top setting with very little difficulty, on the first setting I do not feel anything! In addition, it has a half hour setting and then you must restart from the beginning, which is a bit inconvenient. It is nice to not have to carry around the machine or have the crisscross of wires but you sacrifice strength for this convenience. I will say this is extremely convenient for traveling! The pods are tiny and easy to recharge, they fit in a pocket. So while I will use my professional unit at home, this one will stay and travel with me.

UPDATE: Returning this unit. After just a couple of uses, cannot get the “Beat” setting to do more than just deliver what a TENS unit does, and the manufacturer stated its electrodes would last 50 uses (which I’m now doubting). And, after showing this to my PT, she questioned its inability to do appropriate pauses between contractions. And, I have a TENS unit, I wanted this specifically for NMES, which after playing around with it, seems to have only one setting out of many that comes close (“Beat”). The unit is fine for people who want a TENS unit which will deliver variations of electrical current, but not so much if you’re looking specifically for NMES (to contract muscles).I got this highly rated (by external sources) device to replace a product that the electrodes only last 10 uses, and run around $100 to replace. This unit has electrodes lasting around 50 uses and the replacements are $20.REALLY like that this is wireless. The biggest chore was figuring out how to open the case (see the little things that look like scratches? Those are actually lock/unlock images — but it’s hard to turn and open the case). There’s also a QR code for the warranty, but I don’t think it worked correctly.What I don’t like is the lack of information on its use. I’ve even searched online with no success. I’m only interested in the NMES and there is nothing to tell me what that setting is. After playing around with it, I chose “Custom” and then “Beat.”This device is also powerful! I could not take the Beat setting higher than 3.I think whoever gets this will really get some use out of it — once you figure out (on your own) how to use it.

Upgrade! No more wires everywhere!
This TENS unit is a major upgrade from the old one I had been borrowing from my mom. Wireless is a huge bonus! Between my teen and I, this gets used pretty much everyday! She recently strained a muscle at volleyball practice, and using the TENS unit has definitely helped with healing. I use it regularly for lower back pain and it provide much relief. Perfect that is comes with an extra set of sticky pads! The app is easy to use and the options are plentiful! We have had no connection issues ad the battery life and charging time are great! I would highly recommend for muscle relaxation and recovery!
