The quality and weight receive mixed feedback, with some finding them lightweight while others say they’re quite heavy. The clip-on feature and flip-up mechanism also get mixed reviews, with some finding them nice to use while others report issues with stability. Did the job
I wear these every day. They work well! Great for seeing small projects.

Look good
They seem pretty heavy duty but haven’t had them long enough to tell if they will scratch easily. I do like them and they do seem to fit my distance glasses well…I hope this review is for the clip on reading glasses as I already reviewed the light to outlet adapter (when I thought I was writing a review for the clip on reading glasses…

just ok
Product is ok and works as advertised. It’s a bit heavy over several hours but my nose toughened up and now I can wear them for longer periods. The biggest gripe I have is the method they use to attach the lenses to the frames are two press rivets per lens. Well on the past two pair I have purchased the rivies on one lens have lost their compression and the lens will fall off! I returned the first pair that did this as it happened after a week, but I’m dealing with the second pair by pressing the lens back on. I tried to squeeze the rivet some more with needle nose pliers, but there really isn’t any material to crush outwards. I’m trying a different brand next to see if the quality is any better. Wish there was just a clip on (with no flip up mechanism)

Worn over bifocals so I can see my computer monitor
Working from home, I discovered an issue that I didn’t really pay much attention to before. I have trouble seeing my computer monitor when I’m wearing my glasses – bifocals. I can see well enough from the bottom of the lenses, but that’s not tenable for 8+ hours a day. I needed to find something else.I briefly tried putting reading glasses over my regular glasses, just so that I could see. Not very comfortable for very long. So I thought I’d see if there was any such thing as clip-on magnifiers. Lo and behold, there are.Because of where the clip is, I was a little hesitant. I have a pretty strong prescription, which usually means my glasses are pretty heavy. Having something balanced right over top of your nose for even 10 minutes, when your glasses are already heavy, is extremely uncomfortable. But I saw the reviews saying it they were light, so I thought I’d give them a try.I’ve been using them for a few weeks now, and I must say that I’m quite happy with my purchase. The fact that I can flip them up and down is a good benefit as well. When I don’t need them, I can flip them up out of the way, or I can take them off. Flipping them up halfway does create a balance disparity, so they do tend to feel heavier that way. If I flip them all the way up, though, it just feels the same as when they’re all the way down.Even though these are lighter than other similar clip-ons I’ve worn (sunglasses), they do add weight, so if you have sinus issues, your glasses are particularly heavy, or you’re just sensitive, these may not work for you. I have a fairly strong prescription, and up until my current pair, my glasses are always on the heavy side. I don’t think I would have been able to use these for long with any of my previous glasses. The lenses have a slight yellow tint, which blocks the blue light from the monitor and reduces eye strain. It’s also a lot easier to get to sleep after spending an entire day staring at my monitor.Overall, these are doing exactly what I hoped they would. Good purchase.

Works great
My husband needed these to use over his bifocals while working. He said they are the best thing! I bought him 2 pairs.. one for home and one for work.

Bad quality
I got this reading glasses for my husband. The first pair broke in 3 months. I thought he might not be careful so I got another pair for him and it is still broken 4 months. The spring that hold the glasses has issue. After a couple of months use, it started loose and causing the glasses felt off.

They work!
These light weight flip magnifiers are the solution to not needing two pair of glasses. I use them for reading and daily computer work. Decent quality, made well. They tend to get dirty easily likely from the flipping but easily cleaned. Buy them, you won’t regret it.

These clilp-on reading glasses allow me to see my computer monitor without straining my neck.
If you are above a certain age and wear bifocals, you probably have difficulty finding the optimal distance for your computer monitor. In my case, I can’t read my screen with either the distance or the closeup bifocal. Before getting these, I was always either leaning back and forth or raising and lowering my head to try to see. Ergonomically, not a good thing. These clip-on glasses serve the dual purpose of allowing me to read the screen without a problem, but they also protect my eyes from the UV light from the monitor. I keep another pair in my car because neither part of my bifocals lets me read the gauges, radio or A/C controls clearly. Rather than invest in either trifocals or another pair of glasses just for driving, these flip up out of the way for regular driving and drop down to quickly glance at the dash. They are very light, so don’t put extra pressure on the nose piece.

Great product! I wish there was a larger option to cover larger style glasses. I’d buy it again if needed though.
