Awesome Device
I received this unit recently; already used 4 times. I absolutely love this unit. This has several settings and strengths, 2 heat settings. Very easy to use. I have noticed a big difference in how much loser my back and neck muscles are. Reduced overall tension in these areas. Would highly recommend if you are looking to reduce muscle tension of course with daily exercise regiment and stretching.

Tens unit for pain
This tens unit is easy to figure out and works well. I had to return the first unit as it was not working correctly. Fortunately, this was a painless chore.The second tens unit I received works perfectly. There are seven different modes and a heat option. There is an eighth mode which is all the other seven modes combined.The pads stick quite well and are on the larger side. As long as you replace the plastic covering after use, you should be able to get quite a few uses out of them. Also I read somewhere that if you lightly mist the sticky side of the pad with water, it will “re-sticky” it for a lack of a better word.The unit seems to hold a charge for a whole session, but needs to be recharged after every use.This has done a great job at reducing my back and shoulder pain from sitting all day in front of a computer screen.I really like this unit because I can use this at home when I need it.

Unit arrived with the electrode packaging seal torn off. The electrodes appear to have been used, with lint/hair stuck to the adhesive pads. Many other reviewers have said the same, so this isn’t an isolated incident.

COMPANY STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT
We bought this for home use. It worked great for a while, then one electrode pad stopped working. The company customer service rep promptly had a replacement sent out at no cost. We also learned from her that using electrode gel would improve the conductivity plus extend the life of the pads. I suggest that they put a small sample size tube of electrode gel with their product in the future. The fact that this is rechargeable from my computer or AC adapter is a great feature that led me to choose this item over the competition.

The battery life is horrible and the pads are poor quality. Only got two uses out of them. I purchased this through my FSA, but the pads aren’t covered and are expensive for poor quality. Returned it after 2nd use. Much better TENS units for half the price.

Unit is great while it works
The heat function is amazing for pain relief this is been wonderful for easing over worked or spasmed musclesHowever one of the leads has burned out and they are impossible to replace unless you buy a whole new unit which means this is now a single sided unit, and considering I only got in the beginning of January that’s a terrible life span.So overall love the heat hate the hardiness, would not recommend for someone looking for long term use.

This is what I’m looking for after a hard day at work. I used to be treated with this kind of device during recovery after a work injury. The muscles pain comes and goes ever since but i can really accelerate the recovery process using this heat tens unit. It works for me very fine.Although, you have to read carefully the manual and consult your physician before using it, it’s not a fun toy, it’s a professional grade device! If proper used, it could be really helpful.

Order arrived promptly and undamaged. I had a problem with one of the pads not working properly. along with the seller we determined that one of the lead wires to the pad was not working properly. The seller provided great service and sent me a complete new unit within 2 days. Make sure you do not use to much power to quickly as I did experience some discomfort from graduating the power up to quickly. Be sure to read the instructions for proper use and cautions.
