milkshakes + cakes boost of fiber
I am happy with this product because solves problem I can hide fiber, Use chia seed for some things, not all things.People in my family don’t like chia seeds, so this is a miracle ingredient for the pickiest people in the world, so I put the scoops in, and they full longer and not stuffing their face.I just hope they heed when I say it’s fiber type.Also got this for myself because some foods tend to stick around longer than I want them too.

tastes pretty good . I used to make my own green powder
nice mix! wish it had some more greens like spirulina, then lesser amounts of like chlorella maybe (not in it but would be cool addition) but either way still gets 5 stars from me! the chia seeds seem kind of u needed but it is a nice boost I guess anything healthy I’ll take. its a yellow turmeric color with black chia seed spots in it! you can tell they put a solid amount of turmeric by the color which is awesome.

So many vitamins in 1
Flavor is great I add some to my morning protein and I can’t taste the powder blend. The fact that am getting all the vitamins and health benefits in a powder form is amazing. The part I dislike is that it don’t give you measurements on how much you need to intake. And the zipper to close the bag sucks it’s a low quality zipper.

Incredible additive
Wonderful addition to ur smoothies or banana bread. I’ve even used it in corn bread. I’ve been using it for over 3 yrs. Highly recommend it.

Bag won’t seal
Just ordered, product seams fine but the bag won’t seal.

Healthy but the taste is vile
I really really dislike the taste of most vegetables. That might be why I really dislike the taste of this supplement. I absolutely couldn’t stand it. So I bought some gelatin capsules and filled them with this so I could take them as pills instead.When I ingest an appropriate amount of this powder (it works out to 7-10 pills), I do feel healthier. I believe that they have good nutrients in this supplement. But I really disliked the taste.
