Easy for transferring to car seat
Easy to use once you get used to it. Don’t get frustrated. Just practice with your caretaker. Great for transferring to car seat.

Wouldn’t recommend
We thought it was a great idea with easy sliding back and forth from the hospital bed to the chair and so forth. But it’s only held on by a screw and 2 other parts that’s with the said screw. But the second time using it he was transferring in from the wheel chair to the toilet chair and it breaks apart from the circle to the screw. I wouldn’t recommend if the person buying it was going to be alone and trying to use it they will most likely get hurt if nobody is there to help. As you can see in the photo it doesn’t have its parts. As it fell apart.

Very stable and smooth rotation. The wood is very strong, with only slight bending under 200 lbs. The anti slip piece holds quite well

No bearings in the slide. Does not work transferring from a bed to a wheelchair.
