works great
Works great for heal pain. I had surgery a few years ago for plantar fasciitis and unfortunately the pain and started up again. This ice pack fits perfectly and helps get the cold where needed.

Updated review: they really help my foot pain
Update: I’ve been using these ice packs with good results for a few weeks now. I thought they did not stay cold enough, but now I believe they do. I think I did not freeze them long enough the first time I tried them. They also fit great and stay on tight.

Great product!
I loved this product and it helped helped ease the pain of my Plantar fasciitis. It was much easier to use than just a regular ice pack.

Works well when it works.
Hard to put on the foot. Doesn’t always last 20 minutes

Small ice packs, soothe sore feet
I initially had a bit of trouble figuring out how to best secure these ice packs to my feet. It felt most natural to attach the velcro straps to the bottom of my foot, but the bottom of the pack is smooth, so the velcro won’t hook up. The instructions don’t show or explain the best way to secure the straps, so I had to figure it out myself. I eventually settled on wrapping the straps around my ankle and securing them on top of one another in the back. This keeps the pack securely in place without being too tight. The packs are ready to use after a couple of hours in the freezer. They don’t stay cold for very long, but it’s long enough to soothe sore feet, especially if I keep them elevated during the cold treatment. Note that the gel ice packs are only on the bottom, and the cooling effect is limited to the sole from the heel to the base of the ball of the foot.

Works great!
Does the job! I needed focused cooling for planar fasciitis and this is the only brace I found that does just that. I tried several.
