Great timer
Purchased to help my kid keep track of activity time due to time blindness. The display is very easy to read and has the convenience of a digital display as well. Easy to use right out of the box and my child was able to set the timer without any assistance.

Use it all the time
I bought this for one kid for homeschooling, but all my kids use it for various tasks. Love that you can turn the beep off; and the display is clear and easy to follow.

Bright and Noisy 60 Minute Timer with LED
This is a review of the PENTASPI Visual Timer for Kids, Toddler Timer, 60 Minutes Kids Timer Visual Classroom Timer. At present it sells for nearly buck more than the (identical, indistinguishable, same packaging, same weight) EooCoo Visual Timer. So it’s not as good a value. I have both and they work the same, same buttons, same cheerful and pleasant orange and white colors, same clear and loud beeper.I use this with my child to build time management skills during schoolwork, rest periods, and video gaming sessions. We like it more than the Time Timer brand Visual Timer we used to use because it is more reliable. We’ve taken it on trips, to friends’ houses, to my office, and it’s held up great through my use on the road and at home over the past three weeks.Though I got this on the vine program, I compared it to every other visual timer I could find on Amazon and this one is really good – no fragile mechanical parts, fun and energizing colors, good battery life, simple interface with an orange dial and three buttons. My child says: “it blinks a lot. it blinks green every minute and it blinks red a lot in the last seconds. I don’t know when it blinks orange and yellow. How come it blinks orange and yellow?” I didn’t find answers to these questions in the small leaflet included with the product. We must live with its mysteries.I don’t rate it five stars because it’s always very loud (or completely silent) and because a full orange circle is always showing a fraction of an hour. I would like it if this were configurable – options to disable the LED blink, to set the volume, and to set the orange circle time to 20, 30, or 40 minutes would be nice.

Nice visual timer to keep track time spent for tasks
I wanted a timer that is easy to operate and a great visual aid to track how much time I spent on a specific task. For those familiar with the Pomodoro method this timer works great to set a time limit for a task and to time intervals for breaks in between tasks. The display is large and easy to read. You can use the timer for either as a countdown or time elapsed. Three buttons on top change are used to set alert (beep, flashing LED, flashing timer face), start/pause, and reset the timer back to 00:00. The dial is used to quick set the countdown time.Though I gave the PENTASPI timer a 5 star rating there are a couple of things I would have liked it to be able to do.- Back lighting of the timer face, though, the LCD display is easy to read and very clear without it.- You can only set time increments by the minute. It would have been nice to able to set in 30 sec increments. Though, I know Pomodoro technique uses 25 min intervals. One of the main things I like about the timer has nothing to do with the timer itself but that it uses two AAA batteries. The trend of non-replaceable rechargeable batteries I think is a waste. A device that uses built in rechargeable batteries becomes useless once the batteries can no longer hold a charge. I can simply use rechargeable AAA batteries that I can replace myself when I need to. Big plus in my book.Overall, if your looking for an easy to use timer, whether to track kids tasks, your tasks, kitchen timer, or just need an easy to read display, then I recommend this timer.

Dd not work long
The timer was great while it worked. The start/stop button broke and stopped being tactile/clicky after a week but still worked. Three months later the timer stopped working entirely.

Useful little gadget
I use this timer for the pomodoro technique, and it worked very well for that purpose. I am now more productive! 5 stars.

PENTASPI Visual Timer – Great Timer For Pomodoro or Anything Else
I’ve been using a simple kitchen timer for many things, which works fine. But when you have to set the time, you have to hold down the key to set it, and it makes that annoying beep-beep-beep-beep sound until you reach the number you need. And there is no option to decrease the time except to reset and start over. Also, there is no option for a silent alert.Recently, I discovered the value of a visual timer, which is great for studying, working, or for musical practices. There’s something about the visual timer that helps you visually see how much time is left that helps you get a better sense of time.Unfortunately, the visual timer I previously used – which features a dial in the middle for me to turn – has limitations. One limitation is that it’s not possible to reset the time or increase/decrease it. And the worst thing is that it makes a very subtle noise as it turns. When you’re trying to quietly concentrate on something, it is very annoying to hear a dull buzzzzzz noise coming from the timer. So I got the PENTASPI Visual Timer and it is fantastic! To set the time you need, all you have to do is use a little dial on the right corner of the screen. And it is very easy to reset, increase or decrease the time. The buttons on the device are very intuitively placed and so easy to use. It comes with a manual, but you won’t need it.I especially love that it’s silent. There is an option for the light to silently flash to alert you, instead of beeping. And it’s perfectly silent as it operates, which is great. It’s just perfect for studying or working.I have been using the PENTASPI Visual Timer every day since I got it. It’s designed to be useful, looks cool, and it’s a very functional item. Thumbs up.

Cool Visual Timer
I like the visual aspect of the timer. Makes it easy to get a sense of time. It’s not the most intuitive to control and I’ve had to read the directions at several points to figure it out and I forget each time I need it how to use it. I wish the controls were more intuitive.
