The planning board has transformed our mornings, providing a clear checklist that helps my kids stay on track without constant reminders. We change the wake up fight to a checklist game. Great visual timer, clock and task organizer
This visual timer helps kids understand and manage time. Time is an abstract concept for young children, it’s hard for them to understand what “15 minutes left” means. Being able to see how much colored area left on the timer helps them to understand this concept. This timer is easy to set up, we like the large display of the time, and you can set three alarms. Having a thermostat is a plus, it would even better if it could also show the temperature in Fahrenheit. We really like the task organizer, it came with blank cards and a marker, planning the day with my kids and writing down the tasks really helped them get more organized and motivated. The pencil holders on the back are great, makes the desk tidy, no more pencils everywhere.

My kids love this and it really helps
Very happy overall and would buy again. I am still a little confused about the timer settings on this but my kids are really the ones using it for their morning routine, understand it, and it works wonderfully. It has a little timer – so if they wrote “breakfast 20 min” on their dry erase list, they set the timer for 20 min when they start that task. It sits on the table near them and they can see the circle getting smaller and smaller as time passes. My kids have ADHD and struggle to understand how quickly time is passing so this has been a game changer on school mornings.

    Large display
This visual timer has been a game-changer for our family! My child, who sometimes struggles with transitions and time management, has really responded well to it. The large, clear display makes it easy for them to see how much time is left, which has significantly reduced anxiety around activities ending. The added bonus of the planning board and chore checklist is fantastic! We’ve been able to use it to break down tasks into smaller, more manageable steps, and the visual representation of progress has been incredibly motivating. It’s helped foster independence and responsibility, and even made chore time a little less of a struggle. The fact that it’s silent is a huge plus too – no annoying ticking or jarring alarms. It’s perfect for homework time, quiet reading, or even timed activities like brushing teeth. I highly recommend this visual timer for any family looking to make time management a little easier and more visual for their kids!

A hard pass for anyone needing a reliable clock/timer
Do not buy the larger one, maybe not the smaller one either but I have only purchased the larger one, and it does not keep accurate time. Also the battery only lasts a couple of days. With a short battery time for what it is I would expect them to include a power adapter for permanent plug in rather than relying on battery. The pomodoro part does seem to work (I haven’t checked it against a stopwatch) but the time/clock definitely does not match actual time and progresses by an additional minute every couple of days resulting in you needing to reset the clock every week or so

    Disappointing
This ended up not working for us. The time is in 24 hour time, so afternoon hours are confusing for my children. There is no way to reset to a 12 hour clock. The buttons were too difficult for my five year old to check off. For the price, the features did not work well enough to be reasonable. I liked the idea of moving their reminders off of technology, (Alexa, iPhones) but this was too fussy to make it worth it.

Seems really good and I’m sure it’ll help with the homework at night! BUT, I was expecting the little “task done” buttons to be better. A soft breeze would be able to push them…Other than that, it seems like a great product!
