Awesome gadget
I bought this on a whim with a gift card and it’s turned out that we use it a lot and really like it. We live in Iowa so eat sweet corn a lot in the summer. This works great for cutting up sticks of butter to use on the corn. We also use is for the cheese bricks. It’s pretty handy.

i am really happy with this item. i have cut both butter and cheese with it. I do let the butter and cheese sit out a little before i use the cutter. i would recommend it and i do not put it in the dishwasher.

Great for slicing cheeses for Charcuterie Boards
I love that I can throw together a quick Charcuterie Board when unexpected guests show up. This forms a perfect slice for that. It gives it a uniform professional look.

Slices nice but leaves a stub at the bottom
It does a good job of slicing a block but doesn’t cut all the way through to the bottom leaving a pretty decent stub which you have to remove by hand.
