Great for caregivers
XUK Wireless Nursing Call System for Elderly Monitoring Includes 1 SOS Call Button and 1 Receiver Nurse Call Alarm Home Elderly Call Button with 500+ FTI have had experience with others of this type of call system that have double the range. In our small neighborhood we put the receiver in one home and the SOS button directly across the street. It’s not a big street, but it means the signal has to go through the front walls. It’s way less than 500 feet perhaps 100. I could only get it to work in different rooms of the same home–well that is what it is really made for though, isn’t it? And I’m very glad that it doesn’t have a subscription fee. I turned the sound way up and made it play a long musical alarm. Lovely. I could hear it all over my little house. Recommended, if you have someone who may need your help due to a fall, or inability to get around.

Simple to Setup
I got this Wireless Caregiver Pager Call Button System for my grandma, and it’s okay but not perfect. It’s simple to set up with one plug-in receiver and one button. However, the volume isn’t as loud as expected, and sometimes the signal seems delayed. It works, but it could be more reliable for an emergency alert system.

The receiver in this set plugs directly into an outlet, so it wouldn’t work if you wanted to carry it around, but it works extremely well. You can set the volume – and the top volume is quite loud – and you can set the alarm sounds, which are basically little ring-tones, including some melodies that you will recognize. It would work perfectly for someone who is bedridden or unstable in a different room. With so many seniors aging at home, this little device could be a real game changer for you.

Didn’t work consistently
Instructions were not very clear. The pager works sporadically and it’s in a room about 20ft away. The battery was replaced and still didn’t work well.

A great tool for extra piece of mind!
Paired right out of the packaging and has tons of sounds— chimes and bells, etc. It has a great long range through walls and a good adjustable volume. It plugs right into the outlet so no extra pieces/ adapters or extenders needed. It does also have the lanyard so it can be worn or it can also be mounted somewhere accessible instead since the pager piece can be separate from the lanyard. A great tool for extra piece of mind!
