For the price, great unit
This is a decent TENS unit for the price it is sold at. You have to know how the TENS unit works and how it feels as this may not be for everyone. The lack of documentation could also be challenging for few, but if you have used anything in the past, you know how to get this unit to work. This is no way as programmable as some professional TENS unit, and may look flimsy or fragile when connecting the nodes, but then you have to realize that the professional units start above $1000. Good so far.

Tech care plus massager
This device works really well on sore tense muscles. It has several different modes you can switch to for different massages. Only thing I don’t like about it is that the wires are so long they get tangled up often and the sticky pads aren’t too sticky after 2-3 uses.

No explanation between the different modes. You can’t go from one mode to another without cycling through all of them.

Don’t place pads directly over spine or other bones. Otherwise works great
