A large pain reliever in a small package
I have had two back fusions and still lift free weights for over two hours six days a week along with cardio. Nothing feels as good as this tens unit. It has a timer to set the amount of muscle massage you want. I absolutely love it

Tens devices are magical
Simple to operate and use. I’ve had 5 or 6 Tens products over the years, and this is a great price for a user friendly device. I consider TENS systems one of the greatest inventions of my lifetime. I’ve had over 20 surgeries, multiple epidural injections, multiple RFA (radio frequency ablation) procedures and millions of muscular spasms. And don’t forget the physical therapy sessions. In the worst moments of pain TENS restores sanity if used properly. Only place the pads on muscles, not bone.

Good Idea
Good idea and a great unit it could be awesome however the interface on it is really not so great. I like to big screen and all the different sticky pad it comes with but working the user interface is pain. Unit it self has power I like the DIY mode and ability to charge with USB-C. Instead of showing body parts I wish unit was showing the frequency of stimulation that would be great. Nonetheless I wish it was easier to control, overall good machine but poor user interface.
