Great product!
This is a GREAT product! You can use it cold to help with swelling in your knee or hot to help relieve pain. The compression has two levels which you can adjust for your comfort.

Compression ice on the go
This surpasses the normal knock off buy. I’ve had the compression ice braces from insurance companies after surgery…. And this is the same thing expect no cords and no box. You just free the ice pad. Make sure the battery pack is charged and then sit back and relax. There a bunch of setting. This is incredible. Get thisI took off one start because it’s not super mobile and if you have thick fat legs it won’t work for you. I’d say this it’s an XL. Anything more then that you would need extra straps to make it longer

Not much more effective than cold/heat alone
This item is ok at best, especially for the cost. This is a knee compression brace to be used with a pack inside that can be hot or cold. It will compress the knee for 20 min. It was tested on a knee with prior injury after a run, on someone that avidly runs. Here are the pros and cons:Pros-has multiple modes from steady compression to changing levels of compression/release, based on preference and type of use-can be used with heat or cold-brace and hot/cold pack feel well made and are pretty easy to useCons-once the pack is in the brace, it’s a bit tough to wrap it and secure it around the knee because of the thickness-you are better keeping the leg straight during use, as opposed to sitting with it bent, even slightly-to use it cold, it the pack has to be in the freezer for an hour or more, so it’s something you have to plan on using-similarly, if you freeze it too long you have to wait 20 min or so for it to soften up a bitIn conclusion, it’s not much more effective than simply icing or putting a warm pack on your knee.

Relief
Compression only type massager. I love that it is chargeable and I can move around a bit if I need to when I have it on. The compression feature has three settings that build up in intensity and I love the strongest one. You can adjust the straps to get the intensity you need. I usually have to wear it a couple times to get relief but that has to do more with me. Absolutely recommend, gives me better mobility and it works while I rest. Win/Win.
