Great buy – foot fracture
This is a great product and I don’t write many reviews. I bought this when I was having some right foot pain, which I was told was plantar facitis. Shortly after buying this, I had a pop in my foot and had two broken metatarsals. My foot swelled up and was huge for about a week. I used this product every night when I went to bed. Slid it on a fell asleep. Yes, it does not get overall freezing cold like an ice bag, which I prefer. I could put it on and wear it 20 minutes. Put it back in the freezer and reuse again in an hour. I can easily say this helped in my recovery and would not have iced used cold treatment as much otherwise, but this was so easy to use and hassle free.

Great for ankle pain/swelling.
I have a large calf and a size women’s 10 extra wide foot. This size 3 xl fits great. Haven’t tried it frozen or chilled, just room temperature. It helped to draw the heat from my ankle and I wore it comfortably all night. Remember, it was Room Temperature. I have a torn tendon in my outer ankle from a fall with a spiral fracture to my fibula above my right ankle in 9/21. Good product.

EFFECTIVE COOLING HEAVY GEL W COMPRESSION
Nice and heavy gel pack, works great for reducing swelling in ankle areas where it’s difficult to ice. Holds cold temp for a good amount of time and gets cold temps deep in bone and ankle areas with compression. Works well overall and is very heavy

Works Well and Very Comfortable
I recently purchased this ice pack wrap and have been using it regularly for the last week. I love it! So far it is working well and appears to be of good quality. It’s comfortable and slides on just like a sock. It stays cold for a good 20-25 minutes or so, but if I could change one thing, it would be that it would stay cold longer (maybe 45 minutes to an hour) so I could use it on both ankles when I need to. (If you need it for both, you’ll either need to wait 2 hours for it to refreeze or buy 2.) Based on what I’ve seen so far, I believe it will endure extended use well, but cannot say for sure yet.

READ the instructions before actually using
Does it get cold, yes. Does it lose it’s cold, also yes, BUT it’s supposed to. Otherwise you’d get frostbite. Those who complain about it not keeping its cold level need a bucket of ice water instead. It should be really cold for 10-15 minutes, and gently compress until it’s not cold at all anymore. For me, I found it helps my achilles tendonitis, caused by plantar fasciitis. I just leave it in the freezer, leave it out for a little bit then pull it on. Yes, it’ll feel like pins and needles but if ur actually icing your ankle in a therapeutic manner, it’s going to feel too cold for a few minutes. (Be sure to check ur skin periodically to make sure it’s therapeutic and not damaging)I find the sleeve comfortable and easy to use and chill. I wish they came as a pair instead of single. I haven’t had any leakage just the ice crystals that form melting once on my ankle. There also isn’t that weird smell that products like this often have. So happy about that!

A good one!
This ice pack ankle wrap is one of the BEST items I have purchased this year! I have severe tendinitis with my left ankle and the TheraICE wrap really helps with my flare-ups. It doesn’t get too cold and it’s soothing when I’m in pain. It’s easy to get on and off, which is a definite bonus! Personally, I ordered the next size up because I was worried about getting it on/off when my ankle is swollen and tender. It worked out well! Highly recommended.

Great for recovery
I got two so I can ice both ankles at once. They fit great and you can easily move around in them. How easy they are to use makes me ice more regularly. They come with bags to protect them in the freezer. The compression is an added bonus and makes them more comfortable. I have recommended to a friend who got them too.

Best for sprained ankles put a sock underneath
It runs small. I sprained my ankle about five days ago and have purchased every item on here to keep my ankle cool and this is the only one that wraps around perfectly. I wear a size 9 and my ankle is extremely swollen so maybe that’s why it hurts when I put it on. It’s been about six minutes and it’s extremely cold and might be too cold. I might put a sock underneath it moving forward. It feels fantastic. It’s super thick and very flexible. There is zero smell right out of the package, which is nice.

This works fairly well but I did find it went from quite cold to warm fairly quickly. I intend to trial it on my elbow next and see how that effective it is as I think it will work better than on my ankle. It’s not faulty at all and this is how many ice packs end up. It is beneficial in that it covers the full area of the joint but I personally need it to stay cold for longer.

After only a few days, the threads are fraying. At first I liked it but clearly this is a low quality product. At that price it should be much sturdier.
