A handy safety device
This is a handy device for people who need something to hold on to when rounding corners or landings on stairs. The landing on our basement stairs does not have any railings as there is nowhere to put them – but this handle was able to be mounted on the door frame to add stability when transitioning from one flight of stairs to the next. It has long screws for mounting – a drill is required. The handle flips up and is held in place by a strong magnet, but easily pulled down for use.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the grab bar. A little pricey but works great screwed into the door casing between my storm door and inside entry door – the little extra boost I need to get into the house. Easy installation took less than 5 minutes and it feels very sturdy. Would be nice if they came in white to match my door casings but functionality and safety is more important color match.

Great Handle
It is easy to install and works great. I installed it on my back door going to the deck as I have to go up one step and have been holding on to the door handle and the trim in order to get in the house. This handle makes it so easy and much safer.

Very impressed with this product. Purchased 2 for my senior father to use as he has severe mobility issues. They can hold his body weight of 200lbs with no problem. Very sturdy units that fold away neatly when not in use. So impressed in fact, that I ordered another 2 to be installed near at top of stairs for even more support and security for him. I would very highly recommend this!!

If you need a grab bar and do not have a wide enough space for a full grab bar this is a perfect solution. It is compact and folds up when not in use. We place one of these coming inside of our parents house as the last step is a bit bigger and it is perfect for something to hold onto! Love!

I installed this at my mother in law’s house, and I personally think it’s more convenient than a long handle. It tucks neatly out of the way when she doesn’t use it, and she told me that it’s a bit low, so I’m going to move it higher. That is super easy. Four screws. That’s it.You don’t need a long handle taking up space for ne reason. This is compact and out of the way when not in use.

Broke my leg and needed something to grab on to when stepping up to the landing and then stepping inside with my crutches. It made me feel very secure having my crutch in one hand and the other on this stable handle. Discreet and easy enough to install and remove. Installed on the inside of the door jamb
