Life Saving Product!
Great product! I purchased this to be able to know when my mother, who has dementia, would get out of bed. It works great and I can now feel free to move around the house without the stress of worrying about whether or not she has wandered off while I am doing laundry, etc. The range of the product is very good and the volume choices are great, too. I highly recommend this product! It has been a life saver for me!

how it creates a safety level when senior gets out of bed
Did not like it because once Mother realized everytime she got out the bed the alarm would go off in the caregivers room. Then she started getting out of be on the other side. The product is good, it just didn’t meet our needs.

Effective to prevent falls and provide peace of mind and sleep to caregivers.
Effective way to monitor when my Mom gets up and ready to leave her bed. Love the nurse call button as well! Really provides some assistance in keeping Mom safe from falls, plus you can get sleep and peace of mind yourself. Only wish there was the ability to hear or speak thru the system, that would be perfect functionality to add! Baby monitor provides that but would like one system to do it all.

Downgrading to four stars due to the seller. I still love the product. But I had a problem/question. I called Liberty Health Supply and left my name and number as requested by their system. I was told they would respond in 24 hours. That was SIX days ago (today is 1/8/19)!My father is at high risk for falling. But he feels fine so continually gets up on his own. Once I got this positioned properly on the bed, it works great. He sits up, the alarm goes off in my room and I have time to get there and help him up. What a relief. I really wasn’t sure how else I could ensure he wouldn’t get up on his own. I liked this so much I bought the chair alarm version of the same product.

Very accurate when mom’s body shifts
Very accurate. Bed pad doesnt chime, just alarm. Which helps not startle mom.Wish there was a turn off option to the alarm on the bed pad. Sometimes difficult to remember to turn off alarm when alarm is in another room

Good product
This is easy to set up, easy to use, and very effective. I would have given it five stars except, as some other reviewers have stated, the chime is not instantaneous with the person getting off the bed. There is a slight delay – enough for someone who is unsteady on his/her feet to get up and begin to walk. But, if the person you are caring for just needs someone to be aware they are up and moving, this is perfect. The range on the chime is good — once my charge is in bed, I can take the chime to the tv room at the other end of our house, almost 50 feet from his bedroom, and it works perfectly. And, the push button for the person who needs care is great – that has made life much calmer for both of us; no more yelling to try to get my attention. Overall, I am really pleased with this and would recommend it.
