Solid Swing for the Price, But Don’t Buy It for the Lights
I’ve had this set up for a little while now and have used it a few times. Right out of the box, the item appears to be made of decent quality materials and it feels durable enough for kids. This is a good value swing pod set. This pod is an interesting twist to the typical standard stretchy hammock cocoon swing. It included all of the mounting hardware, so that was nice. My kids have fun on it. My three toddlers can kind of fit inside, but not comfortably. Two small ones can fit in a bit better, but really I would say it fits one comfortably. I swapped out the included carabiner with one I already had.The box includes expansion screws, but those are for concrete, so I did not use them. I had some 2 inch 3/8 lag screws that I used to screw the included eye hook ceiling anchor into my ceiling joists. Two screws seemed like enough. I don’t plan on putting adults inside on the daily, but I did test it with my own 160 pound body weight, and it seemed to hold fine. The LED light kit included is kind of a joke. When I plugged it into my battery power bank USB port, it blinked on for a quarter of a second and then shut off. I was able to get it to turn on for five seconds a few times. But honestly, even if it was properly working, it’s not practical to use, because you need to connect it to a portable power bank. It would have been nicer to have a rechargeable battery built in. But at this price, it seems like overkill to even include the LED light kit. I would not recommend using or installing it. But if you do plan to, test it by connecting the USB bluetooth controller part to the LED strip and confirm if it will even stay powered on.A couple of tips: The inflatable pillow fits on the bottom in a zipper. I would recommend inflating it about 50 percent, otherwise it won’t zip shut and is just too big in general. It would be nice if there was a viewing window inside, in addition to the entrance hole. But overall, this is a really great value for what you get. You can easily spend $20 just on swing hardware, so it’s a good deal.

Inexpensive Pod Swing – Fun for all ages
The whole family loves this swing. I do wish the swing came with a stand, but it is clearly advertised that it does not. The value of the swing is great for everything you receive in the box. The set includes all of the mounting pieces and hardware that would be needed for a variety of surfaces. This swing has a very long lead, so be aware when you go to purchase a stand. You will need a TALL stand. We ended up having to send a 6-foot stand back and purchased a different one and even that one isn’t tall enough to raise the swing more than 6 inches off of the ground. Even so, the kids enjoy the swing a lot and it has quickly become a coveted reading pod. The inflatable pillow is a nice touch, but it doesn’t fit properly into the zipper pouch. I was not impressed with the included lighting. It was not of good quality and very, very weak. The fabric of the swing is a nice quality material with strong stitching. The product is advertised to hold 260 pounds. The swing held 220 pounds with no problems. It also held two kids side by side. It was a snug fit however and only lasted a minute before they were fussing at each other. The included manual was easy to understand. We chose to bring the item indoors at the end of the day, but we have a lot of wasps nearby, and didn’t want any stinging friends in our space. Overall, read the description carefully so there are no surprises, but with this swing you do get a good value for the price.

    With it came with stand
My child was excited about the lights and cozy design, but overall it hasn’t been the best experience. The setup was more complicated than I expected even with the included manual. The inflatable pillow doesn’t stay in place well and need to adjust it after just a few uses. The lights were fun at first, but since they require a usb power bank, we had to keep a portable charger nearby, and the cords didn’t make it safe for long play sessions. The remote control worked fine, but honestly the lighting feels more like a novelty than a lasting feature. The Oxford fabric is fairly durable, but the stitching around the edges already shows some strain after a few uses. I also wish it came with a stand as finding a proper place to hang it indoor was harder than expected.

    Amazing sensory swing
This chair was an instant favorite, my toddler didnt even let me finish setting it up before she got in it. She doesnt everything want to come out. I used a frame I had for a toddler swing, so it was a little long for that frame. I just attached it with the straps and the wrapped it wound the top bar a few times to raise it far enough off the ground to swing a little. The fabric is sturdy.I think it got a unit that someone else had started and returned because the light string was already halfway pulled through. It had all the parts and a new package of components so this wasnt a problem at all.My child drug the lights out of the track and use them like a jump rope so I didnt even really make the effort to restoring them in the pod chair. I cant attest to how difficult that assembly is. This chair came with a manual air pump and a round cushion that zips tightly into place. I did have to add a pillow inside because my toddler is smaller than the chair was made for, so she kind of sinks back between the wall and the cushion just a tad. Theres not really room to get stuck there but it is uncomfortable with her butt hanging off the cushion so we just add a back rest pillow to accommodate that. She wants to sleep in the chair now. Ill add pictures when shes not in it!Her cousins come over and also fell in love. Now everyone in the family wants to buy one. Honestly id love to have a grown up sized one too

    Fun!
My kids have been wanting one of these for a while so I was happy to order it. Easy to hang up and very durable. It’s very cozy and they wrap up like a cocoon. They have a ton of fun and can even both squeeze in there for a few minutes until they fight, but that’s not the swings fault, that’s a 5 and 6 year old sibling’s fault. Looks great and works great as well. Their friends love it too.
