Nice heat
This is a good heating pad for a difficult area – the shoulder. On bare skin, only nuke for 30 seconds, heat lasts for 12-20 minutes, which is enough.

Fits larger shoulders and arms
Fits perfectly. Can be adjustmented for any size shoulder and arm. I tried other products and they were always too small. I purchased the XL model

Better than icepack.
I just had Reversal rotator cuff surgery and I find this is the best ice pack ever. It doesn’t slide off my arm or shoulder, very comfortable and very well made.At first when you take it out of freezer you think, I can’t put that on I will freeze my arm off, but as you are sliding it on it is really very relaxing. Very easy to put on and we’ll worth the money. It even goes up to my neck which is great for stiff necks. Multiple uses for sure. I will buy again to make sure I have extra because my husband will use mine. Great product.

Not practical at all!
Not recommended for post rotator cuff surgery!!! The bicep is swollen and FOMI “sleeve” is not adjustable hence too tight & must be pulled up all the way from the hand to the bicep area. One cannot put it on easily nor comfortably on an arm that is sore and has restrictions of movement for 4 to 6 weeks…rendered useless in my case.Not ease of use nor comfort…impractical.

Arm hole too small. It holds the heat for a long time
Gender op using it rolled around a rice bag under my low back. It is helpful laid over my shoulder though not as it was designed

The shoulder ice pack is OK. It took a while to get used to adjusting it onto my shoulder, but once it was on the ice pack was cool enough to help with the inflammation.

The opening for the forearm is extremely tight. Other than that it does what it is suppose to do.
