Excellent product. Finally something easy to use for knee icing.Before this product, my husband would always say,”Could u get me this or that? I can’t get up cuz I’m icing my knees.” Ha! Now he can get up and grab whatever he wants while icing his knees

These are awesome and you don’t even have to freeze them. The refrigerator is perfect. Product is exactly as described. The are comfortable and I am wearing the size XL.

Life saver for my daughter! Perfect solution!
My daughter has been having swelling and knee pain for weeks. We treat by propping it up, alternating ice and heat. She still has pain though during errands and chores or just doing her thing so this knee sleeve is a life saver for her. She pops it in the fridge or freezer then pulls it out and puts it in when needed. So glad I got this for her as it’s helped her sooooo much!

The idea is great they just don’t stay cold long. My daughter uses them mainly and always puts a long sock in because she says she is sticky from it afterwards.
