Long lasting
I bought this product in December 2022. I absolutely love it. At that time I was close to the weight limit and was concerned about the durability. The Rollator is very sturdy and very light. It is very easy to lift into the cargo area of my Acadia. I even built a little “bike rack” so it will stand up in the cargo area. It makes it very easy to roll in and out and will not tip over. Easy to fold and unfold. I use it anytime I have a long distance to walk or when I have to stand in line. Without this, I would not be able to shop unless a scooter is available. I am thinking about buying a second one for my husband’s car.

Lightweight and easy assembly
Great walker for my mom who can barely stand unassisted- it’s light enough for her to lift into her car on her own when I can’t go somewhere with her. It is very sturdy and she is able to sit down when she gets tired. It has been a relief for her to find something she can lift on her own, giving her some more independence.7/10 – fit: it’s a bit o the smaller side but it fits the need9/10 – sturdiness : feels very sturdy and no bending or flexing when she sits on it. When the walker is snapped into place, it feels very firm and durable7/10 brakes: if you use this on carpet, the wheels may roll a little. Mom knows this and is cautious when sitting.3/10 storage – the bag that attaches to the front is useless for mom as she can’t bend over that far to pick stuff out of the bag. That’s the only downfall to this walker

Perfect and well worth the money
My mother loves this walking device . Although my mother is only 103lbs the fact this device is heavy duty she and I have full confidence it will not collapse or break while she’s using itIt also looks nice and functions very well. The only thing she’s not getting a benefit from is the net container that acts like a storage or trunk to put items in because it isn’t practical for her she said , other than that the functionality of everything else is outstanding and has a great breaking system that’s easy to use … this was a important feature my mother needs , so her device works to her expectations and mine 👍🏻👍🏻

Rolls and folds easily but wheels don’t lock for safety
4 stars because it is easy to fold and has a smooth ride. The basket is useful as well and it was easy to assemble and the height is adjustable and works well for my 5’3 mom. The Downside is that there is a pattern in the material of the plastic handle that hurts your hands if you lean on it for extended periods of time. A softer material might be more comfortable. The other downside is that there is no way to lock the wheels, so if your loved one sits on it on a hillside, they may begin rolling or when mom lets go of it to take a break or shake out the hands, it may roll away.

Awesome company to work with
I received the blue rollator from this company and I absolutely love it. It has given me back my independence and ability to get out and see the world. However after using a handful of times the screw,bolt and nut on one of the wheels came loose and was lost. I contacted the company and they almost immediately responded to me and after I sent them a photo of missing part they sent me a replacement part in like 24 hours. I can’t say enough good things about their amazing customer service. In addition to the product being top notch and very pretty also. (*tip- I will now check and tighten the bolts much more frequently as I assume while using, it vibrates and therefore loosens pretty easily) if your looking for a great company and rollator, look no further than this one!

Great Easy to Put Together Walker
I have to say, I was so skeptical thinking it wouldn’t be as easy as it was to put together as the video showed but it was even better. Ninety perfect was already in tact and I just had to screw on the wheels (no tools), bag and back rest and it was done in seconds. Folds up nicely. Looks really nice and great for the price. I highly recommend.

Not sure how I feel about this rollator. My experience:
Came on time. Much easier to put together than the video showed. My husband had it together in 15 minutes by just looking at the instructions pictures. Was going to use it to get through the airport faster & easier. Never made it to the gate. We were running late and tried using the escalator instead of looking for the elevator. Back wheels too long for escalator step & when I got to top the front wheels didn’t go over the lip & I fell backwards, hitting my head on the metal step – lots of bleeding. My error for (1) not practicing with this rollator (had one of the common rollators for years); (2) not paying more attention to the gentleman who pointed out that the back rollator legs stick way out (I had tripped over them a couple of times); (3) should have known better than trying to take ANY rollator on an escalator. Pros: comfortable to sit in; folds up easily & stays folded; on our hardwood floor it rolls steady enough to carry 1 or 2 cups of tea without spilling; looks nice; is unique looking; Pro/Con: moves very quickly; Con: 15.6# is not as light weight as it sounds, at least not for an older person (I’m 76 years old).
