A comfortable during Chemo
Going through chemotherapy has been one of the most physically and emotionally draining experiences of my life, and the Nodpod weighted blanket has truly been a source of comfort during this time. On the days when I feel especially anxious, achy, or just worn out, wrapping up in this blanket feels like a calming hug. The weight is perfectly distributed—not too heavy, just enough to ease my tension and help me relax or fall asleep when rest is hard to come by.The fabric is incredibly soft and gentle, which is so important with how sensitive my skin has become. I use it during treatments, on the couch, and in bed—it goes everywhere with me now. It might sound simple, but this blanket has brought me so much peace during a really tough chapter. Highly recommend it to anyone going through chemo, or anyone who just needs a little extra comfort and calm.

Very effective
I love this nod pod! I have trouble sleeping when I travel to new places and this blanket is the perfect weight and travel size. It is super soft, very easy to pack in my small carry on suitcase (honestly it could fit in a backpack too). Great quality and reasonable price. I’ll be recommending this to my other friends with sleep anxiety !

I’m Sold. Overactive mind and this really helped keep me asleep
I have an over active mind and often wake up in the middle of the night worrying about things I can’t control or minor mistakes that I blow out of proportion. I tried this blanket and slept so much better than normal, not perfect, but sooo much better. The other thing that I will note, which I was skeptical about, was the blanket did not heat up at all. I’m sold.

Premium feel.
Previous had a 15Lb blanket. It was impossible to wash and was leaking beads. While this is much smaller, it is the perfect size and the weight is perfect as well. It has a premium feel for the price paid and am more than happy.

Helped with skin hypersensitivity after surgery!
This was a perfect size as a lap weighted blanket to help me with hypersensitivity after surgery. I put an ice-pack underneath it and laid the blanket out over the surgery area – the even compression really helped to stop the hypersensitivity.

HOW HAVE I LIVED WITHOUT THIS?!
The packaging is adorable. It came wrapped inside of a cylindrical box/sleeve. It would be perfect for gifts!First impression: I thought the glass beads would be larger for some reason but this is like a perfectly weighted beanie baby as a blanket. LOLI have tried a few weighted blankets but have always felt trapped. This is so comforting and comfortable. It doesn’t trap my legs or my arms and I cannot wait to sleep with it tonight. I will be buying more of these as gifts.Texture: I was concerned about the “velvet” side which velvet is a sensory ick for me. Honestly it feels like flannel and the other side feels like a tshirt. It’s perfect.Weight: I’m approx 190-200 and it’s enough weigh to be comfortable but not stuck or trapped. If they make heavier ones I may be interested but this is absolutely wonderful.I’m temperature sensitive and this doesn’t get me too hot either, which is also nice.Will be trying when my anxiety is high to see how it helps. It feels like a snuggle. Absolutely worth ever penny. I cannot imagine how I have lived without this before. Best self care purchase ever.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO FLY: Nice product. Bought it for Travel. Security took it from me. I guess the glass beads are “over the amount” available. Bad review is for that reason ONLY to warn people. Also, the one soft side is polyester, which isn’t great for the skin.
