Customers say
Customers find the utensil set to be cheaply made with a swivel mechanism that doesn’t hold when adjusted. Moreover, the food slides off the front, making it difficult to use, and one customer reports that the soup spoon fell apart after the first wash. Additionally, the utensils don’t work as indicated, and customers consider them not worth the money.

Needed to get this set for my hubby after a long hospital stay. Helped a lot with him feeding himself until he could get the hang of standard utensils again.

disappointed in product
I purchased this item for my handicap sister and was very disappointed while the product claims that it is good for Parkinson patients etc. I am not sure what they are looking for or if they even ever tired this the food kept falling off the utensils and that was me using them to figure out how they would work. What’s even more disappointing you cannot return the item so now I am out my money and product.

Makes eating more difficult
Bought for LO with diminished motor skills. Utensils are very flimsy, lightweight plastic and tinny materials. Handles are short and plastic with loose swiveling utensil unit. Impossibly to use. Also, unreturnable.

not worth it
totally thought this would help my brother independently eat; he has tremors. Hard to get the food on the utensil and it still falls off. Very cheap–not at all worth it–returned the item

Ridiculous utensils
I was trying to find eating utensils for my elderly mom. These deceived me by saying they swivel. I thought they swiveled to the position that was best for my mom and then stay there. Not these. These swivel back and forth not allowing a person (much less a person that needs help eating) to get anything on the spoon or get it to your mouth without spilling. Terrible product. Very disappointed.

Food slides off the front if pointed downward.
It’s an okay spoon when trying to keep food on the spoon, but if the spoon gets pointed downwards, food slides off the front, but not the sides. It’s very swively, so it’s kind of hard for someone who can’t hold their hand very still and doesn’t have great hand eye coordination but not for food falling off the spoon but trying to get the spoon in their mouth with it swiveling. We just started using it, so I’m not sure how it will be once she gets the hang of it. It may be a great tool in the future with lots of practice.

They don’t stay locked in position.
I thought we could lock the spoon into a preferred position. Instead they swivel all the time. I’m not sure we’re keeping this set.

The utensils were not delivered in a box but in a white-blue plastic bubble wrap. They are cheap and flimsy and break easily. Don’t bother to waste money.
