Was rather surprised how well this works and the detail that can be achieved. Well constructed, too. Not your typical overseas junk merchandise. Great value for the price.

Great for live bugs. A 5-yr old can use it by herself
Simple, cheap, good optical quality. Great for kids too young or not interested in preparing slides for a compound optical microscope (we have one of those too). My 5-yr old owns it. She sets it up, operates all the controls, and looks at things she finds around the house like the fur she cuts off her stuffed rabbit, her own hair, snails she catches in the pond, and insects running around in the yard. She always keeps a petri dish handy in case a spider or tufted millipede shows up. Every creature on this planet is beautiful and has a right to exist. She must return all living specimens to the outdoors where they will probably die anyway but it’s the ethic that counts – right?

I LOVE THE MAGNIFIED VIEW
Works great so far. Easy to install and can operate in minutes. Makes viewing small items up close great. Lights are bright but, very adjustable. Makes looking at coins fun and not a strain on the eyes. Works great but seems fragile if dropped. Remote is cool for fast adjustments.

Good but not GREAT
I really like this! It’s not perfect but for the price it has performed very well.The image is pretty high quality and I can get good detail even on very small PCB parts.There are a lot of small issues though – if you have a large PCB (such as a PC motherboard, for example) it will be impossible to view certain spots due to the fixed mount of the scope.Also weirdly when using my grinding pen I get a nasty rolling shutter effect and can’t see the tip of the grinding pen to see where I’m grinding! It looks all wobbly!So yeah, it’s a good scope for some hobbyist work but I would not say it’s a good replacement for higher – end equipment.

Most difficult part of the process is now a real pleasure and throughout incredibly increased.
This simply changes how I do the etchings for my scrimshaw work to a wholly greater level! Last night I was struggling with eye and finger coordination to place dots in order to create more detail. My eyes, despite the 3.5x binoculars and headlights, were watering and painful last night. So I checked out the Amazon description of this device, and decided that the price was far and away a bargain, and found that it could even be delivered to me right after breakfast this morning! One minor gripe is the lack of cogent instruction, now seemingly the standard with Chinese goods. Despite that I was happily sailing on following seas by 9:00 am. Nice compact unit stores nicely on my workbench.

I’m loving this product. Super easy to adjust and use. Flexible lights are super bright but I’m not mad at that. Overall a great product for soldering.

Microscope
Second purchase for me. I use in my silversmith shop to see better.Other unit is being used by my friend. She’s legally blind and uses this microscope because it’s easy to use and she can see well enough to be able to read medicine bottles, magazines, food packages etc. Game changer for her. Thinking outside the box. Definitely recommend this tool.

Buen producto, tal vez haría falta un poco más de estabilidad en la pantalla, al tratar de tomar varias fotos y presionar varias veces los botones de la pantalla para lo mismo, dado que con el control tarda un poco en tomarlas, de ahí en fuera muy buen producto
