Great amino acid / product – works for me
I run about 30+ to 50+ miles a week and I am in my early 60’s. I’ve been able to maintain a certain weight, but no matter my exercise level the love handles would just not shrink. But now taking 2-4 grams of this product per day I have seen excellent results and actually have lost not only some inches but weight without changing anything. Highly recommend trying.Yes, the pill size is big. There are liquid forms of L-Carnitine available. Worth trying.

I like it!
On days when I don’t do sports, I drink it on an empty stomach in the morning, on days when I will do sports, 45 minutes before sports. I’m literally sweating twice as much as usual. And I am never tired after training. This is literally a miracle!

first I should say price is good and the product is what they say.I do feel as if I have more stamina during work outs and thats what i was hoping for.These things are huge I have to break in half and still hard to swallow,this bottle will last me a while i think it was a good deal and happy with shipping and package.

I gotta admit— I fell for this off of TikTok, because I am a habitual drinker of beer. TikTok told me that this will “get rid of” my gut. Essentially, but using that “fat” to turn it into good energy. I haven’t noticed the “energy” part of it, but I can vouch for the loss of my beer gut.
