It was not what I expected, I charged the little round thing and it didn’t stay charged.

    Good enough
Tough to use in hard to reach spots. It would really help if there were a list of the different modes. Also an app would solve a lot of problems. The electrodes are powerful. No problem there.

Great budget wireless TENS unit. Worth the gamble
This little wireless tens unit is a bargain compared to other wireless tens units. At the current price under $15, you can’t go wrong. Yes, it is rudimentary and does not work with an app. You have to control the device from the unit itself. And the unit is actually what attaches to the electrode pads.So I will admit, that it does take some getting used to. But after a few uses, it worked adequately. What I love about this is it’s so portable that I could bring it on vacation or even use it out in the garden. I don’t have to worry about whether or not it’s paired with my phone on an app or any of the complexities which go along with more sophisticated devices. This would be perfect for someone who’s never used a TENS unit or has started using the wired type and wants to try a wireless. You honestly can’t go wrong for the price.

Better and easier to read directions
Terrible instructions also there should be connection included to be able to charge it! I do not have one such connection that is why I am returning it

Pads are 2*4, snap alignment too narrow for most wireless pads, frustrating to use on back
I’ve been using TENS units since a serious accident nearly severed my spinal cord & damaged most of the discs. 14 years and many, many surgeries etc later, and I’m still in pain 24/7. TENS units are one of the few things that help manage some of the pain/keep it at a more tolerable level & allow me to do a little more, so, ofc I have a number of them, both wired and wireless. This little wireless unit wound up being a disappointment. It does have 8 programs or modes to choose from, however there’s no app or remote for this unit, so the only way to use it is by pressing the buttons on the unit, which is awkward, difficult, and frustrating, esp if using on neck, shoulders or spine. Each time you switch modes by pressing the center “m” button, the level resets to 0. While that’s a good safety feature, it necessitates a lot of unnecessary button pushes. It’s frustrating at best and renders the unit essentially impossible to use on some parts on the back. The mode & intensity are indicated on the unit, but that’s only useful if you’re using the unit on a body part that’s easily visible to you.Adding to the issues with this unit is the size of the pads included. They’re miniscule compared to more standard wireless pads. I’ve added a pic so you can see for yourself. These are equivalent to 2*4 wired pads, so absolutely not suited to larger areas, but may be good for parts of the arm or legs?On top of that, the snaps on the control unit are ever so slightly too close together to be used with standard 2 button/snap wireless pads. Finally, the unit runs for 20 minutes at a time. No more, no less (unless you manually turn it off sooner, obviously). There is no option to adjust the time up or down, and again, depending on your needs & where you plan to use the TENS, this can be frustrating & feel like it isn’t worth the effort. There are a LOT of wireless TENS units on the market & in this price range. Maybe of them come with remotes and/or apps that allow the user to much more easily control the program, intensity and timing of use. As a number of those units with remotes/apps are in the same general price range as this unit, I cannot recommend this unit unless you’re looking for the absolute bare bones unit and will be using it on a smaller body part (so pad size isn’t an issue), that’s easily accessible to you (so you can access buttons & see screen easily).

Very basic TENS unit that works but has some frustrations
Works reasonably well and has enough power to reach uncomfortable levels so that’s all you need. The main positive of this unit is that it’s very small and portable. As long as you can place it on an accessible part of your body it’s easy to use.Unfortunately that’s also one of the frustrations. Since the controls are on the unit that you attach to your body, you often can’t see the controls or settings when using.Next concern is that it’s very basic. A button to change modes (that’s also the on/off) and buttons to increase/decrease the intensity. There are only 8 modes or patterns for the TENS stimulation. Unfortunately while there is a manual, it mentions nothing about what any of the modes are for. So you’re left guessing which you should use for different body parts, pain types, etc.Lastly, while the initial purchase of the product is pretty reasonably priced, the cost of replacement electrode pads that will fit this unit is basically as much as the entire unit. So you’d be smarter to simply throw away the entire thing and purchase a new unit rather than buying replacement pads.So some suggestions to make this product better:1. Improve the manual. Document what the modes are and how they should be used.2. Make replacement electrode pads more available and reasonably priced.

Well made, very compact, easy to use, many modes, wide range of intensity, minor wish list items
While I don’t have any particular pain issues right now I’ve heard good things about TENS units and it will be nice to have this on hand when the need arises. This is a well made and very compact unit. It has a wide range of modes and each of the 8 is very distinct. Likewise there is a wide range of 19 levels of intensity. Depending on the body part I typically find myself in the 4-8 intensity range. There are very basic instructions on how to use this and after a quick review the unit is very intuitive to use. Here are a few minor wish list items. While the instructions are clear on how to use this there is no content on what you should and shouldn’t use it for. It would be nice to have a little guidance. The timer is fixed at 20 minutes which seems like a good time for my needs. It would be nice if there was some indication of time elapsed or remaining. I’m really pleased with the quality and effectiveness of this unit. While it’s not important to the operation I was very impressed with the product box which is high quality and in a nice touch it has a magnetic closure which makes access quick and easy. One of the photos shows that when this is fully charged all of the mode lights are on which indicates a full charge.
