Nice, heavy duty. I plan on using this for (1) making mashed potatoes, (2) gnocchi, (3) straining a can of tuna and (4) learning to make German Spaetzle: a little dumpling/noodle (you use the one screen with the squiggle looking shapes for making these).I was very impressed with the weight and thickness of the metal. It is a quality tool. Sometimes when you buy unseen, you may end up buying again to get the best one. I like the lifetime warranty and feel I got it right the first time on this one. Score!

I am not a mashed potato fan, but my mom is. The product is well made (somewhat heavy) and does it’s job. Boil a potato, drain, put back in the pot to dry a bit, THEN rice. Afterwards just add a bit of butter, A splash of milk and voila! Fluffy, creamy mashed potatoes for one or two.

Does great job getting moisture out.
Quality & easy to use. My husband used it to make zucchini bread & he put the zucchini in it to get all the water out & says it did a great job. He said he washed it by hand to keep it in good working condition. Says would definitely recommend.
