Perfect. Almost as good as the ice cream scoop.
I have a kitchen drawer for infrequently used gadgets—the cherry pitter, avocado slicer, candy thermometer. At the front, near the fridge, sit the can opener and bottle openers. I somehow own seven. That means six never quite satisfied me. Now, when I open a bottle, I always reach for this one. If it’s missing, I look for it rather than settle for the others.Why keep the rest? Same reason I still keep the candy thermometer from when I made marshmallows in 2007. You never know.I already had the ice cream scoop from this brand (my favorite host gift) and bought this opener to support them. I like it almost as much as the scoop (though I consume more ice cream than beer).Product strengths: solid weight, perfect fit in hand, firm grip on the cap, flawless leverage. Nothing could be improved.

Another great Midnight kitchen tool
Already a fan of their pizza cutter and ice cream scoop (a must) I ordered one of these as well. Solid hunk of metal will open any can or bottle you attack it with. Looks great, won’t get easily lost in a drawer and will outlast me. I guess the con is this is a solid, weighty opener that you won’t be carrying it in your pocket.The last opener you’ll need to buy. Happily recommend it.
