Go run buy you a pair especially if overweight like me
My podiatrist advised me to buy these from Amazon instead of going into the local high dollar shoe store and buying these. He says these are the same kind that they use it’s just a different brand. I have already bought two sets of these as I go through athletic shoes all the time because of my job. I would advise anybody to buy these insoles for their shoes especially if you on your feet a lot at work. I would give these 1000 Stars. I’ve never had to cut them or worry about them fitting in my shoes. It causes my feet not to hurt at the end of the day and the cushioning is great. Now I do not have pain in my feet at the end of the day when I get done working so they’re great pain relief. They function great.

Game changer for runners
These are a lifesaver. I run 10 miles a day and have such horrible heel pain. These inserts are amazing and made it so for the first time in a long time, I was able to have an enjoyable, painless run. A must have for avid runners!

No more feet pain
I had a start of plantar fasciitis due to working in a shop all day with my flat feet in boots. I bought some of these and with massages it cured it. I bought 4 pairs now and have them in all my work boots and shoes. I occasionally wear flat bottom shoes but it no longer bothers me as these have helped tremendously. They fit the size they say. The arch support is great as well. After a while you can tell they don’t support as well as new ones but that’s a given. Even after heavy use they hold up great and still support your feet.

My husband absolutely love these insoles.Due to overpronation and flat feet he was really struggling to work all day with all the pain in his back and in his feet and these helped so much with the pain really in his back and feet he has no complaints at all since using them. The cushion is absolutely amazing and it supports his arches, distributes his weight and provides comfort for all day wear.

I recently bought a pair of Columbia winter hiking boots, lured by the attractive clearance price. But without a Vibram sole, I soon learned why they were so cheap. The hard, uneven, icy trails (and strap-on ice cleats) left my feet sore and fatigued. I bought these insoles in the hopes that they would compensate for the lack of a vibram sole. And they did precisely that. The whole of the heel and Arch are reinforced with hard plastic, but it’s very comfortable while supportive. It has more than enough flexibility where its needed. The ball of the foot isn’t plastic reinforced with a separate plate, but there is enough cushioning that it absorbs pressure from cleats and hard, uneven ice surfaces. High quality, good materials. Perfect fit (sized… So much better than the store bought “trim to fit” varieties) Highly recommended.

These insoles feel soft and supportive, especially in the heel, and I liked that I didn’t need to cut them to fit into my shoes. However, for people with wide feet like mine, they’re not a great option. My big toe ends up pressing on the ridge and hole area, which makes them uncomfortable and not smooth to walk on. I think they’re best suited for people with regular-width feet. They’re affordable, but if you need to trim insoles to fit wider shoes, this design doesn’t allow much flexibility. Overall, 3 out of 5 stars.
