Amazing quality and was a lifesaver
10/10 BUY THIS!! I got it originally to be flooring in our tent, but due to the weather dropping below 40 degrees on a windy, Michigan beachfront night we were desperate and decided to cover the both of us. The blanket was large enough, not too heavy and insulated us all night! It’s definitely stopped some tears (from my bf- not me lol)We just got back home and I ordered a second one as a backup for our next trip.

Works but heavy!
The beads sewn into the outside rim of this blanket works to keep it from blowing around. Worth mentioning that this thing is heavy! Because of the weighted beads. Not ideal for traveling. Also it says hand spot clean and not to machine wash. Not ideal for an outdoor blanket. Over all I do like the product and it seems to be quality made but just keep in mind the weight and washing method.

This is hands down the best picnic blanket I have used. Not to sound too preachy, but I need to preface my review that between my two boys and three dogs and my family’s active lifestyle, we can be hard on things. Because of that, I’ve developed a feel for outdoor things that will last and those that won’t. This definitely will! I tested this on muddy ground and let my kids and dogs “try it out”. It stayed lying flat and didn’t crumple or fold up along the edges, which really bugs me with other blankets I have used in the past.Here are the things that really stand out to me. There are no cons!*Vibrant colors. I chose the Desert Mosaic option. This isn’t as muted as it looks online and is truly beautiful. It has an overall outdoorsy/boho vibe that I am here for.*Super sturdy and truly waterproof. This is thick and weighty, but not unmanageable. In between the quilted layers is what feels like sand but it is not, it is small glass beads. The texture is noticeable when setting it up, but not when you are sitting on it. This is what helps it lay flat even on uneven surfaces. The mud and grit my kids and dogs got on it wiped right off.*Nice instructions. The pocket tab on this blanket has instructions on how to put the blanket away again so the straps line up properly. This is great because I am not known for my repackaging skills and I got it perfectly first try!*High quality. You get what you pay for and this blanket matches the price point. It is the nicest picnic blanket I have ever owned! The tie-down straps are going to last. At first, I didn’t know if I’d like the metal fasteners compared to a plastic buckle setup, but they are easy to secure/undo since the straps are adjustable. And because they aren’t plastic like cheaper blankets, I can accidentally step on them all I want without consequences ;)*No off-gassing. Usually with products like this, there is a trial period where I have to air them out, being a migraine-sensitive person with many headache triggers. Not with this blanket! It doesn’t have a noticeable smell and is usable right out of the package. That speaks a lot to the quality of materials in my mind.If you are tired of using cheaper blankets or using an old one for outings, I recommend investing in this one!
