My family has a total of 2 wire TENS and 1 wireless TENs machine. When I compared those with this one, this TENS does not meet my expectations. This TENS only pro I saw was that it provides heat. The con was that it only fit wide back and shoulder. It will not work well with skinny people because the pad is too wide. The adhesive was not the best. It stuck well the first time (even after cleaning the skin) but it lost its sticky quality soon. Then you would have to order new sticky pads that are not cheap. Overall, this machine works but it is overpriced.

Pure Enrichment® PurePulse Go™ Wireless TENS Therapy + Heat – Convenient Pain Treatment On The Go with 4 TENS Modes & 2 Heat Settings for Back, Arms, Legs + Rechargeable Remote Control & Storage Baggot this for lower back pain usually hits me about 8 hours into a 16 hour day. seemed like it would be easier to wear than the wired ones with the control box and pads. and it is. it is ackward to put on and then there are the pads. it comes with 2 pads both required for operation. it says you get 20 uses from a set of pads. i doubt it. but then you have to purchase their proprietary pads which seems a little unfriendly. and to only include 20 uses in the box, that is criminal. so lets set that aside for the moment. then there is usage. it has a 1 inch by 3ish inch heat pad perpendicular to the length of the device. not the whole surface area, a 1×3″ pad in the center. which seems weird. but lets set that aside for the moment. the biggest complaint is the sheer lack of features and settings and variablility. there are 2 heat modes+ hi + lo. there are 4 shock-vibe patterns, with the ability to raise and lower intensity–thats it. even the cheapest tens unit has a dozen or two modes. and this is clearly meant to be a premium device. i mean aesthetically its sharp and sleek and modern looking. but the sheer lack of modes, the subscription scheme to get new sticky pads, and the remote that doesnt always respond, leaves me wanting. your luck may be better. but for a benjamin, this should sing to you. a jackson gets you a simple small unit that has at least a dozen modes but has wires. up to you. so the math on that is 4 modes for a benji equals 25 bills per mode. a 12 mode jackson unit is about a buck sixty ish per mode.

A bit difficult to position and turn on. Works well, once it’s on.
I like this TENS device, but there are a few things that make it less than perfect. First, I’ll say it’s a very high quality device. It feels very solid and works well. It charges up fast and holds the charge well. Once you’ve got it on, it does it’s job. I find it to be pretty effective.All that said, the big downside is it’s hard to get it positioned on your back, because it’s a bit bulky and you have to press it firmly in place to get it to stick via the gel pads. If you want to put it in the middle section of your back, you’ll need help from someone else to stick it on.The other problem is you have to use the buttons on the device to turn it on. Once it’s on, it pairs with the remote and that controls the intensity and other settings just fine. But you can’t turn it on initially with just the remote. You either have to reach behind you and hit the correct button, or you need another person to do it. It’s also slightly annoying that the remote has to be charged too. I wish it just ran off a little battery, instead.If those issues were fixed, I would think it’s a better product and I would use it more. But because it’s hard to get into place and press the button on the device when it’s behind my back, I find I use it less.

Pure Enrichment® PurePulse Go™I have used a TENS unit ever since I had back surgery almost 30 years ago. The unit I started with was the size of a small printer and over time they have improved in size and strength. This device stays in place by the gel pads and they are reusable. I am using this on my lower back and even then, it is difficult to place by myself. I can easily reach the buttons once it is in place though. You can easily replace the pads when they wear out.One thing I have noted while using this device is that it takes a bit of time to get used to it being wireless. I have another TENS unit that is wireless but was uncomfortable to wear, this one is comfortable and not that noticeable under clothes. I had trouble figuring out the controls but it is easy to use once you figure it out. This makes a huge difference in my quality of life.

I enjoyed the fact that this tens unit produced heat when using and being wireless is definitely a bonus. What I didn’t like is the fact that the gel pads don’t keep their stickiness for very long forcing you to buy what I felt was pricey replacement pads. The box doesn’t give you anything more than two pads to start with which is not acceptable in my opinion. You almost need to immediately order more if you use this a lot. Overall a good design with an easy to use remote and the added heat benefit but there are better tens units out there with more options and more pads given with the unit.

This is worthless. It doesn’t stick to any part of my body. The gel pads are so not sticky. I bought this from Kohls with Kohls cash but regret it. IF I held it to my body, I could get the tens unit to work but not the heating feature. The gel pads needs a total revamp. I’ve used many different tens units with much better stickiness. This is trash.
