Great Price for Back Pain Relief
After long consideration & going through so many different options on Amazon, I decided to purchase this heating pad. My mom has spondylosis & her back has been aching so much and I recently went to a spa and they put a heating pad on my shoulders and over my eyes and it felt amazing so didn’t need much convincing to buy this.I received it in the mail and popped it in the microwave for her to try, she LOVES it! I heated it based on the instructions on the card it came with but it wasn’t hot enough so I ended up heating it for like almost 2 mins on each side (I stopped and slipped sides ever so often for equal heat distribution). Let me tell you, I was a little bit nervous straying from the instructions but what can I say, we like that thing to be HOTTT. I didn’t really keep track of how long she kept the pad on her back but I think it was at least 30 mins. She said it felt really good so I’m glad it’s giving her some relief.I actually used this on my ankle because I sprained it last spring and it still hasn’t fully healed so occasionally it still aches during colder weather. I also get frequent migraines so I’m hoping that this will help the next time I get another nasty migraine.The heating pad does have a chamomile scent, which I don’t mind. I actually really like it and find it soothing but it may be too strong for others? Quality is great so far, hopefully it holds up through time. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who’s looking for pain relief or just to relax the muscles a bit.

Holds the heat and provides comfort.
This is my third time ordering this heat pack over 10-12 years. They last for 4-5 years and are great. They work for aches and pain and keep you warm on a cold night. The aromatic smell is an added bonus. I would highly recommend.

Soothing and comforting
I had a scented herbal pack from years ago but used it so much, the seams split open and the herbs began to fall out. This is the perfect replacement. I always heat mine and use it to keep warm and it’s very soothing and calming. Smells good and it’s portable to bring in any room of the house. Stays warm for a while too. I definitely recommend.

NOT a cold pack but HEAT pad approved!
Cons first: can’t be effectively used as a cold pack. Just doesn’t hold the cold and even after freezing it for hours on end it still wasn’t at “ice/cool pack” level.Pros: As far as for heat pad, this gets a MILLION stars! It holds heat so well and really does provide relief. Period! There isn’t anything else to say but BUY IT NOW!How I use it: Microwave in a standing half fold (like teepee shape) on 2.5 mins on each side (this varies per microwave strength and mine in a little weak so start with 90 secs). Then I lay down (as in my pic posted) with a bath towel folded (two layers on BACK and the rest to fold over heat pad to cover) on my back with the heating pad inside and fold the rest of the towel over it to hold the heat. I let it stay for as long as the heat last and that is like 30 mins or so. Then I flip it over for another 30 mins. Then as it feels cooler through the towel, I remove the towel and place it directly over the shirt I’m wearing and repeat the same steps. As it is too cool to feel thru my shirt, I remove my shirt and do the same thing. Then I’m done. (Take these steps as a guide and listen to your body. It will tell you if the pad is too warm to move thru the steps).This pad is amazing and I have already gifted it to a friend as well.

Keeps its sweet, herby smell after months of daily use.
It smells delightful, even after dozens of heatings in the microwave, & is plump & comfortable, due to its rows of fill, unlike many ‘skinny’, less-filled pads. Other pads start smelling like burned popcorn – or worse – but not this one. Attractive cover, but it could use a case with a velcro strap to keep it in place & keep the pad cleaner. It gives off moist heat, also after numerous heatings. One of the best moist heat microwave heating pads we have ever bought, and we’ve tried a lot – & it’s top 5, for sure. Highly recommend after almost 3 months of use, & we’re buying another to add to our favorites.

Love, love, love… I cannot say enough to recommend these heating /cooling pads. They are a perfect size for use wherever I need it and they stay warm or cold for a perfect length of time. I love that I can have one of each to use at the ready. It allows me to switch them out to help dilating the vessels to remove the inflammation and reduce the pain. I would highly recommend them to everyone, for the heating and cooling alone but then add the relaxing aroma and they are perfect! Try them!!!
