    Couldn’t be simpler to use
I remember when COVID first hit, you couldn’t get these things. They were being sold as quickly as they could be produced. This couldn’t be simpler to use. Put it on your finger and wait a few seconds. It will tell you your resting heart rate and give you an estimate of your oxygen saturation. It also gives you values for perfusion index (which I had never heard of. until I got this) and respiratory rate. The pulse rate seems to be accurate, testing it against a clock. One thing that gives me pause is that the measurement of respiratory rate seems to be unrelated to how many breaths I take in a minute. On the one hand, I was wondering how they’d be able to calculate it, and surprised that they would try. On the other hand, if they’re so far off on that value, how accurately are they measuring the others? I kind of wish they’d just left that one off the list. One of the nicest things about this is that you can hit the little button to rotate the display, so it doesn’t matter which finger you put it on, or how you’re holding that finger — you can get a display that you can read. It’s rechargeable, which I have mixed feelings about. I get that it reduces battery waste, but if the battery craps out, the whole device becomes useless. I’d rather they just let me replace a CR2032 battery, or something like that, when power gets low. When you plug it in (using a standard USB-C connection), it tells you that it’s charging, but doesn’t really give you any indication of the state of charge. There’s supposed to be a low charge indicator, but with luck I’ll never see it.For what it’s worth, the product description says it takes two AAA batteries, which is a little strange. For most people, it’s not clear that there’s really a reason to have one of these. But at this price, and in today’s world, there’s also no reason not to have one.

Quality, easy to read, overall excellent
I’m completely happy with this Oximeter. I always wanted to have one around the house and I decided to gave this one a try. I’m glad I did; I have zero complaints, and it was easy to give it a five-star review. It feels like a solid, quality-built device in hand and the readout is crystal clear and easy to read. I don’t have great eyes but even though the readout is small, I can still easily read it because of the high-contrast display with very high resolution.I’ve used it a number of times on myself and family members and the readings are quick and consistent.Don’t hesitate if you’re considering this Oximeter, it’s a good one!

Lightweight and Convenient for Daily Use
This fingertip pulse oximeter is really simple to use. Press one button, and in about 5 seconds, you’ll see your SpO₂ and pulse rate. It has an adjustable finger area that’s comfy, even if you have small fingers. The bright OLED screen is clear and easy to read, no matter how you look at it. Also, it’s light and small, so it’s great to bring when you hike, work out, or travel. I love that it’s rechargeable – no need to keep buying batteries. It’s a handy, dependable way to watch your health, whether you’re at home or out and about.

    Pretty cool
This is pretty cool to have in the house, I like with a hypochondriac so every little thing is a worry. At least when it comes to what this reads, there is a bit of peace of mind. The squeeze on the finger is very light, I would say that a child should not have any discomfort with it. It reads quickly and updates constantly. It also shuts off when your finger is not inserted. The fact that it’s rechargeable means you can easily wear if for extended periods of time without having to worry about replacing the batteries or anything. There is a wrist strap that’s included incase you want to keep it on hand wherever you go. While it may not be for medical use, I still think that having one of these in your personal care stash is a must.
