It’s decent, but not always accurate.
This tracker is decent overall for most stats. The nylon band is pretty comfortable to wear. Having to interact with it through the phone is hard to get used to. Habit had me looking at my wrist constantly to check stats, because I’m wearing a ‘watch’, only to find no display there. Takes a bit of getting used to. :)It doesn’t seem to track steps accurately, it under-counts by quite a bit. When I first noticed the discrepancy when comparing to my phone’s step tracking, I got my old smart watch out and put it on my other wrist. I then went for a walk and counted my steps in my head, stopping at 1000, and checked my devices. My phone had counted 980, pretty close. My other watch had 1012, still pretty accurate. This watch had 764… Yeah, that’s not good.

    Not for me
I requested this smart bracelet when I was just getting interested in smart watches. I was very excited to try this. The app was fairly easy to install and set up. It was easy to bind the bracelet to my old phone. There was a choice of two bands, nylon and silicone. The silicone was soft, but I preferred the nylon as I found it to be more comfortable on my skin. The bands both fit fine, though a bit long. It was nothing fancy to look at, but attractive enough. It was fairly lightweight.Though it seemed to be pretty accurate, I did realize that a smart bracelet is not for me. I have to get the results from my phone directly, so I feel a bit more tethered to it. When I want to see up-to-date health tracking, messages and emails, I like being able to look at them directly on my smart watch. I can make calls from my smart watch. This would be great for serious sportspeople who mainly want health tracking information. Though it seems like a great concept,I admit it’s a bit too boring for me. Pitiful, I know, but I prefer to play with my smart watches! Also, this seemed a little pricey.

Nice, lightweight tracker with continuous biometrics, decent app (Q Watch Pro)
This is an H59 model tracker, and it uses the Q Watch Pro app which is quite good. Tons of exercises available, and you don’t need to use GPS from your phone unless you want more precision. There is a separate choice to do GPS running, but the rest of the many, many exercises offered will give you your basic stats and estimate distance by steps. They give you two bands to try, and it’s good to try them both because silicone has a very different feel from the hook and loop band. Both are comfortable, the tracker is very light and easy to wear overnight for sleep stats. This one is more accurate than most for sleep, BP, HR, O2, and stress. If you choose the Timed measurements (do this in each separate tile, click through to the graph and there is a toggle for timed measurements), the app doesn’t say how often the intervals are and you can’t choose them so I will tell you that BP and O2 are tested once per hour, Heart rate is every 5 minutes, and Stress is every half hour. Sleep should be measured around the clock if what they say is true. One feature I love about this app is the One Key on demand measure of BP, HR, and O2, so you can check those any time in addition to timed measurementsThis tracker upgraded the firmware immediately when I activated it, and I did a factory reset after that. It has been very reliable with everything, compared to my known values. The instruction booklet is a bit concise, they don’t mention that a long press on the home key (the only key on the tracker) will turn it on or off. Short press on that key will show a green light if connected to the app, and a red light if not.Connectivity has been excellent, even though I only gave the app minimal permissions. It keeps asking for more, but doesn’t need them to function perfectly. The charge is holding really well, and if you have issues with that, they do recommend resetting and charging for three hours to calibrate the battery. Mine’s been going like gangbusters though, better than a similar tracker I have.I love the look of the dark bands, the hook and loop one especially. The fit is really good and the tracker stays right where it should be. Seems like a tough little thing, nice to not have a glass screen to worry about scratching.

    Has potential but needs work.
This device has promise but it is not ready for primetime just yet. I charged the device and activated it and began using it daily. I walk about 3 miles a day and while it did record my steps it was not always accurate. The same exact walk I do every day would sometimes be over 1000 steps off. I used this device to record my sleep and at first it worked fine. After a few days the previous days sleep info would be gone. If I went further back 2 or 3 days the old data was still there. No reason I can see why it suddenly stopped keeping just some of the info.Another issue is that I charged it fully on Sunday night, turned it off and left it. I went to use it on Wednesday and it was totally dead. It was turned off and just sitting in my nightstand. I charged it fully again and after 3 days of use it still indicates 100% on the battery, It should be down a decent amount since it only lasts 7 days when being used. Also according to the directions, when charging the red LED light will be on. Mine comes on but will blink every 60 seconds. I don’t know if that indicates an issue or not. Not sure if this is an app issue or hardware. I’m going to keep using it and will update if anything changes.

    Good Fitness Tracker
This is a good fitness tracker for someone looking for a non-smart watch version to track their fitness and steps. It looks very sleek and durable, and seems to accurately capture steps (although it is difficult to know that for sure with any device). I have not used it enough to know the accuracy of the charging and battery life, but it seems to hold up over the first few days. The functionality is simple, but seems to work to track steps and sleep. It is easy to set up and use, and a good value for the money for anyone who wants a simple device with simple functionality.
