Excellent for essential tremors
My hubby has essential tremors. The weighted knife, fork and spoon work most of the time. But there are times this works better! He loves it!

Useful only for elders who are unable to even to hold a normal spoon. Does not reduce hand tremors as advertized.. need to hold the spoon like babies(hold like a dumbbell) to reduce tremors..
