Replacement of The Missing Parts Came Fast
Update: I have received the missing parts as they promised they would replace it. The customer service responded fast which is a very good experience. Problem is solved. Thank you! I gave 5/5 for the promptness of solving the issue.The whiteboard is very sturdy and a good quality. However, I don’t have a way to hook it because it is missing and the accessories are missing too. My way around it is to use a double sided tape as a temporary but not reliable because it can’t hold the wait of the whiteboard.Customer service is prompt to answer my emails about the missing parts but they will ask you a picture of the product and the box if damaged. On my end, when the package arrive, it is partly opened in which I wasn’t able to give them a picture of the box because I have thrown the box away.Currently, I haven’t received any emails from them if they are going to send me a replacement. I will update this review if I got the missing parts.

Great little Dual Board…
White side of the board is nice and smooth, magnetic, the magnets that come with it are meh, but work fine. The Markers however are EPIC! I bought other markers that have a cool magnet so holds to the board, but the markers that came with the board with great, Rich in color, better quality too.The board itself is really light, install wasnt to hard. I do wish I ordered the bigger model, this one works great but a little smaller then I thought it was, so just take size in consideration.

Love the professional upgrade
My partner had been putting sticky notes on the wall of his office to keep track of things, and I finally had enough! We’ve had the board up for a couple of weeks now, and it definitely gets the job done–on top of looking much more professional. It arrived perfectly intact and undamaged, with safety protectors on the corners. I also like that you can either use the wall-mount screws or just hang it with command hooks. It’s surprisingly lightweight, so my cheap, off-brand command hooks are doing just fine!It came with all the accessories listed — markers, eraser, magnets, and push pins. We haven’t used the markers that much, but the pins and magnets both hold up well and feel strong. The cork is a little thin, but honestly I haven’t seen a thick 1980s classroom cork board in a long time. I originally thought the price was a bit steep, especially since I opted for the larger size (PLEASE note that there are different dimensions and choose the one that works best for you), but upon doing a quick search it seemed more-or-less comparable when you factor in you’re getting two types of boards and the accessories.

I’ve always wanted a cork board to put up all my deadlines and info to help organise myself. And then I find this amazing duo with a good size whiteboard and cork board. Stays sturdy on the wall, I just used two nails and used the two hooks on each side to hang it up, has been on my wall for a couple months no threat of falling. The cork board comes with its own pins and great for holding my papers and cards and pictures (anything really). Whiteboard also comes with good magnets, whiteboard pens and eraser. The board even has a handy holder. I’m pleased with this purchase.
