Not sure it’s a twin sized blanket
I know it says it’s a twin sized blanket, but I’m not sure it is. It seems far smaller than that. The weight (5lbs) feels pretty good, and the material is soft and warm. I haven’t really used it for sleep so I can’t comment on sleep quality or of it helps there, because, as I said, it’s not really twin sized. It’s more like something to throw around your shoulders or over your legs while watching TV. But it is of good quality. The quilting looks good, as do the seams.I know they say 5lbs is for a kid, but I find the heavier blankets to be too much. This is great weight-wise, just not size-wise.

Sleeping Comfort
Very comfortable blanket the compression is just perfect for me, I purchased the 5 lb. I wake up without the stiffness now, it keeps me warm not to hot at all I plan on getting another one but 10 lbs. I have arthritis and the blanket really helps with it.

This is a soothing weighted blanket perfectly sized for the top of the bed. On my queen size mattress it goes from one side edge to the other, and from the foot of the bed to a short (head height) distance from the top. This way there’s no risk of overlay to the face, or increased weight if it drags over the side of the bed. On the other hand it does mean adding yourself underneath further drags it back from the edge; this isn’t something that could be easily enjoyed by two people to a bed.The stitches appear small and strong, which is reassuring given the weight of it. The fabric is smooth and a little soft; there is a kind of understated suede effect to the texture, without actually feeling like true suede.The darker neutral colour is subtle and unobtrusive, meaning it could easily be “stored” as a decorative accent at the foot of the bed, or folded up into a nice compact bundle for the cupboard.
