Great product and great value!
I have a collection of ice packs for my shoulder and neck; this is my favorite. It stays cold for a long time; it has a nice soft fabric on the side that touches your skin AND it was only $10. Can’t beat it.

I can’t say in words how amazing this product is. I bought it yesterday n showed up today which was great and put right to the freezer and within hours my husband was using it for his neck and shoulder as he was in a motor vehicle accident which left him with lingering pain and swelling and I can’t say in words how much this has helped him

Excellent for shoulder icing, so-so coverage for neck
I have multiple chronic soft-tissue injuries from neck to ankle, so I am always a fan of a good ice-pack. Of late I’ve started using a rower more, so my shoulder injuries have demanded a bit more of a heat-ice cycle, and this was one of the few ice packs I saw with the “seashell” shape that’s most effective to reach my problem areas.First, know that when this comes out of the freezer, it is pretty stiff. I generally have to flex it a bit so it somewhat has the ability to drape. The longer I use it, the better the drape, so over time, I think it will fit me better (I use it at least 3x weekly). Once I have it properly adjusted – it should sit lower than you initially think – it does reach the muscles over and around my shoulder blades that need the attention.The neck portion, though is pretty small by comparison and doesn’t really reach much more than a short version of the muscles directly on the back of your neck. If you’re looking for something that wraps both neck and shoulders, this doesn’t quite fit the bill.The snap for the shoulder arms is fine, but it’s not always comfortable – I usually leave it un-snapped.But, overall, I’m pretty happy with this. The way this is capable of folding over and around your shoulders (once you put the work in), it’s more effctive than a general square shaped pack.

Doesnt stay in place while upright
It cools, but only stays on your back with the snap in place which would be fine if it didnt choke you when doing so. Probably would be better as just a hot pack and then wouldnt be so heavy. I got it for cooling while driving and it doesnt seem to stay in place. Might return

Works good but it takes a bit to get it right on your shoulders.
This item was nice for neck and shoulder pain. It does take a bit for it to settle from rigid to soft enough to conform to your neck and shoulders after first taking it out of the freezer. It does take up a little freezer space as well (about the size of a $^ frozen pizza if laid flat or a little bigger than the size of a box of ice cream if folded up. It does help relieve pain and stress some but be sure you wear and not put it against bare skin for more comfort.

Perfect for a shoulder injury
My husband injured his shoulder and needed to ice it after therapy. Since he was having issues trying to move his arms doing a one shoulder ice pack was impossible for him to do without assistance. This has been perfect for him as you just put it in the ziplock bag provided and toss it in the freezer. There’s a bit of a weight to it which he says felt good also on his shoulders. I had envisioned what would be best to suit his needs for icing his shoulders after his therapy and this was exactly it.

Sono rimasta soddisfatta da questo prodotto, perché utile e ben fatto, ma soprattutto è rimasto contento mio marito perché lo sta usando per la sua infiammazione alle spalle.Lo usa tutti i giorni dopo averlo tenuto dentro il freezer (nella sua busta), a volte anche due volte al giorno e, insieme allo stretching e ad una pomata antinfiammatoria, sta migliorando notevolmente.Ovviamente va comunque usato sopra ad una t-shirt.Questa borsa per il gel a forma di scialle, presenta il lato interno con un rivestimento di simil velluto e l’altro in plastica. Ha anche un buon spessore di gel.Forse leggermente corti i laccetti di chiusura ma al mio consorte, nonostante sia 100 Kg x 190 cm, non dà fastidio anche da chiuso.Rapporto qualità prezzo (circa Euro 20 ad agosto 2021) ottimo.

✷ Todos los que nos pasamos horas sentados delante de un ordenador, tarde o temprano acabamos padeciendo de ese dolor punzante en el cuello, espalda alta y hombros. Este tipo de productos de gel frío, son siempre de gran ayuda, y mucho más si el diseño está pensado ya para zonas muy concretas de nuestra anatomía.Siempre puedes ponerte una bolsa de gel clásica rectangular en la zona que te duele o que quieres aliviar la inflamación, pero si el dolor es más generalizado en la zona de cuello, hombros y espalda alta, una solución como esta es mucho más adecuada por abarcar una amplia zona y con una cierta compresión.💢 La calidad del producto en sí, es perfecta y adecuada para el precio que cuesta. Se acompaña de una pequeña bolsa Zip para que al ponerla en el congelador no coja olores, parece una tontería pero está muy bien pensado. Me ha agradado que el producto no tenga ningún tipo de olor fuerte como suele pasar con las similares a este de neopreno.💢 Por la parte exterior, el material se ve muy resistente, no es un plástico cualquiera. Por la zona interior, dispone de un forro aterciopelado que resulta muy agradable en contacto con la piel, y es que, si el dolor es intenso, te habrás de quitar la camiseta para aplicarlo directamente y que el frío te ayude a desinflamar la zona.💢 El diseño al completo es como una bolsa de gel gigante y muy gruesa, de modo que toda la zona que ves en color azul, lleva gel en su interior. Al tener tanta superficie y grosor de gel, el frío dura mucho más que con las otras más pequeñas, que en cuestión de 20 minutos ya se quedan solo frescas y poco hacen ya para el dolor e inflamación.Esta especie de chaleco, lleva por la parte delantera, una pequeña tira con cierre de clic para que si te mueves no se caiga. No aprieta, simplemente evita eso, que se caiga de modo accidental (y que por culpa de nuestros reflejos al intentar evitarlo, nos acabe de rematar).✪ CONCLUSIÓN:⭐ Como decía antes, muy buena calidad para el precio que tiene (unos 20€). Es perfecto para paliar inflamación o procesos de dolor en toda esa zona. A mí personalmente me ha gustado y mucho, y la veo absolutamente recomendable.💬 Espero que mis comentarios te hayan sido de utilidad 👀

Really pleased with this ice pack, arrived very quickly. Nice bag to put the pack into before putting in freezer. I suffer from inflammation around neck and top of back and this is really helping to reduce pain. The only negative and it’s small is that the clip at the front doesn’t quite go tight enough when settling the pack around your neck. Easily overcome by using a clothes peg! Maybe the manufacturer should think about a Velcro strap.Apart from that one little issue it’s really good!

Ich finde diese Wärme / Kältekissen einfach super ! Ich bin Handwerker im Kundendienst und fahre viel Auto bzw Trage schwere Werkzeuge , weswegen ich ständig Nackenschmerzen habe durch Verspannungen etc. Ich nutze dieses Nackenkissen eher für die Wärmetherapie und es hilft mir sehr gut. Man muss sich ( wie auch vom Hersteller beschrieben) natürlich erstmal herantasten mit welcher Wattzahl und für wie lange man das Kissen in die Mikrowelle packt bis man für sich das beste Ergebnis hat. Das beinahe gesamte Gelkissen besteht aus Heiz / Kühlfläche und ist an der Nackenfläche etwas mehr mit Gel gefüllt , als an der Halsgegend womit es nicht zu unangenehmen Schmerzen führt . Die Auflagefläche ist mit einer Art weichem Fließ bezogen was sehr angenehm auf nackter Haut ist. Neben einer Bedienungsanleitung ist auch ein Beutel beigelegt in den man das Gelkissen hineinpacken sollte falls es länger im Tiefkühler verweilt. Einfach damit es schön gepflegt bleibt und nicht nach Pommes oder anderer Tiefkühlkost riecht. Ich finde das Kissen sitzt perfekt im Nacken und verrutscht auch nicht. Man hat 2 Knöpfe an jeweils einer Lasche um das aufgelegte Kissen vor der Brust zu fixieren sodass es nicht hinten runterfallen kann. Dieses Wärme / Kühlkissen ist einfach wunderbar und ich möchte es nicht mehr missen müssen.

Sadly not cold enough in fridge & gets too stiff in freezer to be comfortable so don’t use this as often as I though I would.
