Flexible, Holds Temp. Perfect!
My physical therapist told me to purchase this exact ice pack to help with neck pain and tension headaches. I stupidly purchased a different brand that I thought might be superior. I was wrong! It was stiff and uncomfortable. I exchanged it for this brand and am so happy with my purchase!It is very flexible and sits comfortably. It holds temperature for a long time and is a good length.Pro-tip for headaches: place in a pillowcase and turn it upside down so that the bump goes up the back of your head. Fit it snugly around your neck (but not too tight) and clip the ends of the pillowcase in place with a jumbo Binder clip. This will hold it in place and keep it off yoir skin so that you can relax while it helps yoir headache. I suffer from migraines and tension headaches. This helps a lot!!!

Quality product, don’t need a backpack to carry it in
I purchased this ice pack because it is what my physical therapy center uses. The product itself works great! Highly recommend. The packaging may lead you to believe it’s not a legitimate product since the photo has a warning on it that it’s a screenshot, but I called the company and they said there aren’t any knock-offs that they know of. The included backpack is entirely unnecessary and went straight in the donate bin.

These always stay pliable, which is very important
I have not used these yet. I just got them, but I have others exactly like them different sizes and they are wonderful and I would not buy anything else except these. They stay soft, but they’re very cold.
